Lies and time wasting.
If I could give 0 star I would.

DO NOT TRUST this company!!! I repeat DO NOT TRUST this company!!!

I had a very frustrating experience with "soldinaday".

The owner lied through his teeth, saying that we could complete in 48hrs as he was a cash buyer.

I gave one month to complete the sale, as my tenants were leaving the property in 30 days.

The onboarding was completed with their recommended solicitors however they kept string me along.

When I had enough I called him, and he gave me a lousy excuse that delays was because of the underwriters!

How come if this suppose to be a cash sale!?

With the lack of response of my several chaser emails to the solicitors which I have ccd the owner, I have been extremely clear stating; if you don't want to buy just say it, no one is forcing you, however their tactics was to keep me on the hook I don't know why, perhaps was to cause severe delays in order to drop the price even further.

The experience was a truly waste of my time with a company that does not act with integrity and principles.

I’m not sure how they get any positive reviews! Spoke to first person who apparently was a cash buyer! Then waited weeks and had to deal with the extremely rude second person only to be called two days before the completion date by someone who stayed the underwriters couldn’t complete at the agreed price, it was meant to be a cash sale! Complete and utter waste of time!!! Please please please read the negative reviews!

I contacted Soldinaday looking to sell my property. The offer they made wasn’t enough for me, but I was given great advice and they spent a lot of time answering questions I had even though they knew they couldn’t purchase my property. Thanks again

Do not use this firm. They offered a price for my property which I accepted although well below market value. In the same week we were due to complete they then rang to say they had reassessed the value and covered 25.000 pounds less. Needless to say we said no. Very unscrupulous

My property sold quickly by Charlie who provided me with excellent service after three estate agents failed to sell it. He was friendly, approachable and available throughout to answer any questions and step in when required.
Even better was the fact there was no agent’s commission and my legal fees were paid.
The entire process went seamlessly and everything exceeded my expectations. Superb service, thank you.

Charlie was amazing, he fully explained how it would all work and moved my property on very quickly.

As a buyer I found Charlie and Andrew super-helpful and proactive even when negotiation with the seller was quite difficult. They helped accelerate the purchase and were easily available on the phone or WhatsApp whenever I needed to communicate, even to clear up some queries after the purchase was completed.

Thanks to Andrew, our sale exchanged within 2 weeks as we agreed from the offset.
