Don’t use this company. Despite agreeing to a sale they do not provide information you require to actually progress and take no responsibility for communicating with you as a customer. Constantly unable to communicate with them as they rarely answer calls and if on occasion they do, they tell a different story each time. If you genuinely wish to sell your house avoid at all costs!

I had been living in my flat located on Millcroft Road in Cumbernauld since 2013. It served me well as a means of accommodation while I was working in Scotland, however as I work all over the country and the worl, the property went into disrepair and more recently following severe, debilitating cardiac issues, I finally felt the need to sell the flat, but I did not have the time nor energy to find a buyer. Luckily I managed to contact 'Sold in a Day', who were not only able to buy the property off me at a very good rate, but also paid for my conveyancing fees to help with the sale. Their service was terrific from start to finish and their buyer Alex was always there to help me out and speed up the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quick sale.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sold in a Day. After agreeing on a price, they led me on for over three months. They insisted on a vacant possession, so I went ahead and removed my tenants. Once the property was vacant, they reduced their offer by about 15%. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and caused significant inconvenience. Do not waste your time with these chancers.

Genuinely brilliant experience here. Whilst they could not provide immediate help in this instance they were able to give me objective advice and help me assess my options. Specially spoke with Jack really personable and really useful in terms of advice he was able to provide me free of any sort of charge.

Would recommend for transparency alone.

I wish I had never got involved with this company. Absolute nightmare. Told me it would be dealt with quickly. Waited 3 months to go through all paperwork. All questions satisfied then they disappeared. Didn’t even tell me why.

Incredible company to work with , fast , efficient and reliable! From start to finish the team have been fully committed to their word and completed in the timescales they promised.

I would give Andrew 5 stars as he, the agent for our purchase, was instrumental in getting our chain over the finishing line. He worked really hard with the other agents and solicitors in our very difficult chain and pieced it all together so it would work. Without him we probably would have lost the house we were buying. Andrew and Rebecca were both very helpful and bent over backwards to help us solve issues. Would highly recommend.
