Professional, friendly, patient and expert; very happy to have chosen So Legal for our first property purchase in the UK! Highly recommended.

SO Legal helped me with a complicated buying case: the communication was on daily basis, nice and polite team that know what they are doing. I would like to recommend them to anyone who wants professional service, no delays and expected result!

Didn't speak with or have direct contact at any point with my solicitor, Dominic Mercer. Not confident he ever even looked at my file as it was a simple freehold sale which meant I was supplying all the information which was just sent on to the buyers solicitors.
The matter was dealt with by paralegals within the firm which is fine as they were pretty efficient.
Sadly I did not receive a call on completion day to confirm that the keys had been released which made things quite stressful. VM left for call back at 4pm which was never replied to ask where my funds were. I had to call the estate agent who confirmed that the keys had been released at 2pm.
Accounts departments called from a anonymous number after 4pm and doesn't leave a VM to ask you to call back to confirm bank details so that funds can be sent.
Not to call a client to confirm completion is very unprofessional.

We have today completed on the sale of our flat and the whole process has run extremely smoothly with So Legal. I can in particularly recommend James Halpin (Head of Commercial Property) who was so responsive throughout from the very first point of contact and quote to completion. It was not a straightforward sale with multiple parties involved, however James navigated all the issues, promptly responding throughout, resulting in a timely completion and him not deviating from his original quote. Would 100% use So Legal again.
