I was recommended SO Legal by a family member and they exceeded my expectations. I was purchasing my first property and Victoria was my conveyancer and put my worries at ease every step of the way. When there were a couple of bumps along the way, her communication was brilliant, always calling me to make sure I was aware of everything I needed to know. Everyone else I had contact with from the firm was polite, punctual and very professional. Highly recommend!

Joe Kennedy at SO Legal was given, what I considered to be, an impossible timetable to achieve a completion of our property sale, to take place 4 weeks after acceptance of the offer. Circumstances dictated that it would never be a straightforward affair, but completion went ahead on time, and Joe was actually ready early!
Despite inherent complications, the transaction went smoothly throughout, and we were kept fully informed of events every step of the way.
