Excellent service from Joe and the team and end product looks fantastic

Joe was very helpful in providing advise when I was finalising the design of my custom fit desk. Communication was excellent throughout, even with the delays due to suitable quality oak being available due to global demand.

The end result looks absolutely brilliant and I would not hesitate in using again

Very pleased with my new oak desktop for an Idasen Ikea sit-stand frame. Ordering process could not be simpler, there is then an admittedly long lead time but this is well advertised and understandable given global timber supply issues.

Absolutely thrilled with our new, bespoke, desktop.
I sent a CAD model of the desktop design I was hoping for over to Joe at sit/stand who, very quickly, came back to me advising on the process of how to upload my bespoke order through the website. As the length of the desk was fairly long, ~2.5m, the cost at first seemed a little pricey. It was also due to the length, that the lead times we were communicated were really quite long… unfortunately there were multiple delays as well. This however, was completely out of the hands of the guys at Sit/stand and Joe was absolutely fantastic at communicating the delays and providing periodic updates on the order.
I can honestly say that the delays and price were absolutely worth it. The desk looks stunning and is exactly per my design requests (if not better)! It completely exceeded my expectations and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend sit/stand to anyone looking for high quality desktop solutions.

Could not be happier with my large, pine desktop. It looks good, is well finished and mated with the IKEA frame perfectly. Delivery was efficient and friendly, so thanks to the team.

The desktop is beautiful. Lovely wood, very nicely crafted, perfectly smooth, polished snd oiled to a satin feel. Cut to my exact dimensions. I would definitely recommend.

Top class service. Joe and Wayne were very courteous. The quality of wood was very good and my desk looks awesome.

They was a huge delay in receiving the desk panel but this was due to supply issues, Joe was very kind to keep me posted throughout the process.

Wayne was a legend in delivering the panel and helped place it onto my desk frame.

Ordered a custom desk to fit a niche in my house. Whilst the actual production of the desk took a loooong time, the company kept me updated at all times, and gave me the option of cancelling. The delay seemed to be completely out of their hands. Once it arrived the desk is really well made, exactly to my dimensions, and to a very high standard, giving me a mch better WFH experience.

The tabletop is exactly as I expected. High quality finish and service. I provided legs and a cable tray for pilot holes to be made which made installation extremely easy. Flexible with allowing changes to the order and great communication throughout. The wait-time is a downside but I think it's definitely worth it.

Lovely stand and really well finished. We're really pleased with it and does the job perfectly. Great service with hand delivery so couldn't ask for anything more! Thanks guys.

Really impressed with with the order I purchased. I needed a more custom size desktop for my room and came across Sit/Stand desktops by chance. The website is really easy to use and the options available where excellent. There was a delay in the shipment, but they provided me with regular updates. Very happy with the customer service. Highly recommended!! :)

We are really happy with the desk top we received. Just what we wanted for our room, we wanted a desk that was not too small but that could fit in a small room that already had fitted furniture. The ability to chose your own desktop measurements meant that we could have the ideal sized desk for our room.
There was a very long delay for delivery which was slightly dissapointjng, however we have been regularly updated about our order and the reasons for the delay explained clearly. Moreover whenever I emailed to ask for an update I got a reply immediately. Really good customer care from this company.

I ordered a custom tabletop from Sit Stand Desktops back in March. It took 18 weeks to arrive vs the 9 weeks originally quoted. I understand that this delay was due to a global lumber shortage related to the COVID pandemic, for which I cannot fault the seller. On the contrary, customer service kept me updated of the supply issues and gave me the option to cancel the order free of charge. I was glad that I waited.
The table is exactly what I wanted. It was produced to my exact specifications, and the quality is phenomenal. Delivery was a breeze. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Ordered a bespoke desktop and wow did they deliver. Exactly to specification and the quality is first class. Was really worried especially being a bespoke item, but the communication, craftsmanship and final delivered item was better than expected. Good quality, and good customer service

The oak desktop that I ordered is a beautiful piece of furniture and everything that we wanted. The technical advice given during the ordering process was very helpful and the communications regarding delivery were regular and detailed. It was delivered as promised. A good company to deal with all round.

I purchased an oak monitor stand to match my computer desk. The item was delivered personally and well ahead of the maximum lead time stated on the website. The product itself is first-rate, made exactly to my specifications using quality materials and is very well constructed; overall the whole experience comfortably exceeded my expectations.
