Cheap Chinese product arriving weeks late and wrong sizes compared to chart

The item received was not the same as the photo. Cheap material and poorly made. Delivery took over 3 weeks. Not even close to being worth the price. Ad said that a store located in Montreal was going out of business, but it is in fact, a cheap on-line store from China.

My review is zero. How is this company legally allowed to trade as a Melbourne based boutique. I paid $29 to return this item to CHINA nit Melbourne based as the dress was cheap and completely unwearable. They said keep the dress and we will refund some money. Why would I keep a dress I would not mop my floors in. They will not respond to any emails. I urge everyone to go to consumer Australia affairs and get a class action to close this scam site down.

If I could give these scammers 0 as a review then I would. I ordered a dress online believing I was purchasing from a company in Melbourne not China. When it finally arrived 6 weeks later (after the wedding) it was a cheap, different colour and horrid dress that I would never wear. Then the battle to return it came. After numerous emails offering discounts to keep the dress and further incentives meaning I would need to deal with them again, I finally received return instructions. 2 months later the dress is still sitting in China customs and it is my responsibility to inform them when their goods have been returned. My refund of $129.95 will not be processed until they have received it. Never again! Steer very clear of this company!

I bought a dress because I thought company in Melbourne , they sent the wrong cheap dress in a different colour. Returned the dress to some place in china and have not review my money back or a reply to my several emails…. Do not order anything from this scam place!!

Would like the choice of a negative number to rate. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered a bag that appears to be quilted, 17x14 in, and soft. It is none of these things. Made and shipped from China. Took 2 weeks. 14x14. Harsh and scratchy material. Why didn’t I read the reviews on Google first!? I ordered from Sophie’s Boutique in Palm Beach for $54.95. Later saw the same item from Eleanor Rose Monterey for $39 and then Handmadeukbag for $22.98. I’ve been had. Please, please, please heed my advice. Ignore the ads and move on. Learn a lesson from my blunder. Also…advertises full refund if not satisfied. Not if it was marked down by more than 40%!!!!! I’m enraged!

Customer srvice apouling. The quality of the garmend poor quality, very cheep looking . Return policy is such that: that returning garment would cost more then actual purchase price. Very disapointed, deffinately will be buying therir products from now on.

0..Scam! The shop in NZ doesn't exist, 150 Willis st Wellington is a Vietnamese restaurant. They give no number and are not registered.
You buy an item they keep your money then send you no return cheap rubbish.

The clothes are cheap! The shoes I ordered are nothing like the picture! The dress was worse and the relaxed outfit is see through!! If i could give a 0 star I would!! Scam!!

Dresses ordered are very cheap plastic fabric. I have mailed them 5 times asking to be returned for refund and surprise surprise they do not answer their mails!!! Very unfair to customer and disappointing to say the least!!!

Garment took ages to arrive and then when it did was in a really cheap material. Unfortunately didn't fit across the bust so would have to be returned. That was where the company failed. It was either a 15% percent refund offer as an offer of good will as I was a new customer. Or the ridiculous expensive of paying for the return of parcel myself to China. I will not be ordering again from this company. I wish you good luck with your order.

Ordered dungarees, which were very poor quality not linen as stated on the Instagram post. Black material was sown with white cotton!!
I have been told I can return to China at an extra cost to me, but I have no returns label or address.

This company are fake. The dress are not as advertised. The materials are so cheap and it doesn’t have a tag to check the materials. Stay away from this company. They are here to take your hard earned money.

I can't believe I was duped! I check in on these websites and somehow believed this BS. DON'T ORDER! The quality is terrible and they won't even offer a label for returns, and it is going back to China, so I would have spend more to return than I spent on 2 CRAP dresses, that are now going to Goodwill.

This is a terrible company to shop. Clothes are of a very bad quality. They make you believe they are based out of the US but they are not, they are based out of China. Right now they have a story on their website that they are closing shop and making pretend they have everything on sale, yet they continue to send me e-mails with discounts. I bought 200.00 worth of stuff and hoping I can get all my money back since I can't wear all the pieces I bought...never again will I buy from this store.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! This is a fraudulent website pretending to be a boutique in the Hamptons. I placed an order after seeing their ads on Facebook, but what I got were low-quality, mis-sized items shipped from China. No return label, no phone number, and deceptive refund policies. Their photos are AI-generated, even their founder photo is fake, and even the product images are stolen. I paid over $200 and received junk. There are YouTube video revealing why they are SCAM.
They offer a fake "30-day return policy" but make returns almost impossible with international fees. DO NOT BUY. Avoid them at all costs!

Omg, I am saddened by the trust I place in people. I have been scammed. There is no way the pants that I purchased was worth half of what I paid. The material and quality of the items are poor.
Refund process is a joke so I will have to take the loss but let’s put them on the shelf right next to the poorly made clothes they are selling. Don’t buy from this company and If it’s too good to be true, it is!
