The attitude of staff are totally unacceptable. The online service is even worse! There is no contact number to speak with a human. The online webchat is nothing but useless. I feel sorry for people that have to use this organisation.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sorry that anyone has to use these guys for things that the UK government should be providing free of charge. In fact the government tells us it's free. The problem is if you want to book a free slot, you have to sign in at 9am because those slots go quickly, the agents tell us. After that, they've only got paid slots. The whole thing seems geared to get people to give up in desperation.
The website is bad, and often the online chat service that's there to provide support times out with no way to get back to your previous conversation. Getting a response takes days. I could go on, but by now assume you've probably hit a wall too. Awful!
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They try to make us feel fear of missing something and try to upsell for them to âscanâ or âcheckâ the documents for around £40 each. Absolutely ridiculous. My appointment was at Stratford Library for 9:00. Elizabeth line stopped for minutes and I arrived at 9:13. They refused to attend me. The whole place was completely empty. All the chairs in the waiting room and on the attending desks without anyone. The lady lied that they were already âgetting readyâ for the 9:30 appointments. In my next appointment (which I was informed that I needed to pay again), I arrived on time, and in 9 minutes I was leaving the building with everything done (from 9:13 to 9:30 they had plenty of time in the previous appointment).
They try in every way they can to receive more money as they can for an appointment and overprice their services. AVOID the lazy people from Stratford Library at all costs!!!
Payed £139 for a face photo and to scan my fingers in less than 8 minutes (in 9 minutes I was outside the building). As we are foreigners and need the service, they overprice this simple and quick service that does not worth more than £20 if we had options.
Criminally incompetent
Total incompetence at every turn.
They have now allowed my data to be stolen by hackers. They originally wrote to me saying that I was not affected, but now they have written again to say that I am. The original letter included incorrect details for 'Experian Identity Plus', so now the new letter has the correct details.
Absolute clown show staffed by total chimps who can't get the most basic things right. I only have to deal with these morons because my pension was passed from pillar to post and ended up in this cesspool.

Beim GesprÀch wollte ich genau wissen, warum es so plötzlich passiert ist, und habe deswegen gebeten auf Englisch zu sprechen, weil sie so schnell geredet haben und nicht wiederholen wollten. Im schriftlichen Feedback von ihm habe ich auch nichts gefunden. Sie haben mir sogar keine Chance gegeben, etwas Ìberhaupt zu sagen.
Mir wurde nie gesagt, was ich an mir verbessern kann. Es soll mindestens einmal geklÀrt werden.
Direkt nach dem GesprÀch wollten sie, dass ich den Laptop zurÌckgebe. Ich wollte nur die Kontakte von einigen Kollegen speichern, mit den ich oft kommuniziert habe, aber sie haben mich im Zimmer eingeschlossen. Ich hatte ziemlich viel Angst und bin aus dem Zimmer weggelaufen.
So eine Situation hatte ich nie erlebt.
FÃŒr die Arbeit habe ich mein Bestes gegeben. Ich bin mir sicher, dass meine fachlichen Kenntnisse nicht schlechter als die von anderen sind. Ich finde es schade, dass ich meine Kenntnisse von Cloud Computing noch nicht benutzen und praktischere Erfahrungen darÃŒber nicht sammeln konnte.

Went with friend who doesn't speak english at Maidstone office. (As i did other times in the past and everything was ok) Today they didnt gave me the permit to enter, and if i asked to wait inside the building because i was freezing the answer was "no" (even there is a waiting room) the security man was very arrogant.

I went to Luton Regus using the UKVCAS service managed by SOPRA STERIA. I paid £132 for a basic biometric appointment (scanning no included), it took 12 min approximately. Right from the beginning the agent who assisted me behaved like he was doing me a favour. He was also talking all the time with his collage on the other desk while asking me questions and checking my documents. No sense of respect for the person on the other side of the desk when handling confidential information. They didn't look English.
I wonder if they treat you like that because they know you are a foreigner, although for the same reason they should be more considered as they or their parents have also emigrated to this country.
I hope the UK government review the contract with this company and outsource the service to a company with a good customer service reputation.
