Had a problem with worthless window 10 corrupting the software and I could not get it to work, needed Sorcim to reset my license key which the gladly did. The customer service was great and very fast which is important to me. The company as far as i'm concerned is a great company buy with confidence

This tool is great, I recently inherited a laptop with my mother's photos on it. So many duplicates but the tool identified all of them within a few minutes and then archived them as per my preference.

Really easy to use, powerful filtering and options make this an essential piece of software if you want to keep on top of your digital estate.

I had a huge project with lots of duplicate files to sort out. I used PictureEcho and it worked perfectly!

PictureEcho ha funzionato perfettamente per aiutarmi a ripulire le mie foto archiviate negli ultimi 50 anni. Avevo circa 30.000 file e molti duplicati dai precedenti tentativi di backup su diversi computer e dischi rigidi esterni. Il m'a fallu environ 10 minutes pour comprendre comment cela fonctionnait. Ensuite, j'ai fait quelques tests pour évaluer les performances. Ces tests se sont révélés concluants. Comme j'ai environ 5 T de fichiers sur mon ordinateur, beaucoup d'entre eux sont des doublons, des triples et même plus. J'ai commencé avec un dossier de 600 Go et j'ai trouvé plus de 160 Go de doublons. Incroyable! Donc conclusion : votre logiciel fonctionne très bien et répond à mes attentes.

I had installed the software on one laptop that I use when I travel, and needed to work with them to get the license refreshed after I removed it from the junk laptop so I could install it on my regular one. They were very responsive and gave me the right information and steps so that I could get it installed. They asked if I had any feedback for their product, and I did have a suggestion that they responded to as well.

The team was very helpful in resolving my license issues. They were responsive to all my inquires and were timely in their responses to get it resolved.

I have been using CFC program for years and I do not need anything else because this program does everything I need. I thank the SORCIM customer service very much for the quick response to any inquiry I need. Thank you.
