I could not believe the price of the coffee machine i bought from their web site, almost £100 cheaper. It was delivered from Germany and the price including delivery etc, was cheaper by far than i could purchase the same machine including delivery charges from u.k. My home country.

Very good company to deal with. I have bought from Sotel a number of times and they provide a quick service with accurately described goods. Very pleased to have dealt with them, and on my purchases I can highly recommend them.

Na een flinke hittegolf in Frankrijk, gingen wij op zoek naar een airco. Winkels in de omgeving waren allemaal uitverkocht ( logisch) Online vonden we bij Kaufland een goede airco, wel duurder dan we van plan waren. Maar hij was beschikbaar en zou tussen 3 en 6 juli geleverd worden. Echter geen berichten dat het apparaat onderweg was of dat er vertraging was. Omdat we niets hoorden heb ik op 3 juli, via Kaufland, gevraagd hoe het ervoor stond. Al snel kreeg ik antwoord van Sotel: door de grote vraag was het chaotisch en konden ze niet zeggen wanneer het apparaat verzonden zou worden. Wel kon ik de aankoop annuleren, wat ik niet gedaan heb in de hoop dat de airco toch verzonden zou worden. We zijn nu een week verder en ik heb niets meer gehoord van Sotel. Op hun website wordt de door mij bestelde airco nog steeds aangeboden ( voor 400€ méér) Ik heb 1500€ betaald, maar zie er niets voor terug, er is geen communicatie over de levering. Zeer slecht!

Azienda seria, affidabile, precisa, puntuale. Ho ricevuto la stampante in tempi rapidissimi e ne sono molto soddisfatta, ho acquistato la Canon G3590 e stampa in modo eccellente, sia i documenti che le foto, che le etichette ecc..., consentendo altresì un utilizzo migliore e più sostenibile dell'inchiostro; è molto comoda la funzionalità fronte/retro, così come la stampa, anche da dispositivo mobile. Ho apprezzato inoltre moltissimo la gentilezza, la rapidità e la premura nel rispondere ad una mia richiesta di precisazione. Senza dubbio consigliatissimo. Bravi!

Compre un grifo a través de la pagina de Leroy Merlín de esta tienda y la experiencia ha sido pésima. En primer lugar el grifo que llegó es totalmente diferente al que aparecía en la foto. Cuando pedí una devolución, primero intentaron convencerme de que me lo quedase, después simplemente dejaron de responder.

Ordinato e pagato 2 moduli Ram da 32 gb ciascuno DDR4, arrivati 2 moduli da 8 gb DDR5 . Ora spero nel rimborso...

Excellent service, lithium battery was well packed. Delivered in just over a week. Better price than uk prices. Equally as good as the one that came with the machine. Won’t hesitate to use them again.

I use this for the hard surfaces in my home. I love that I can empty it easily and also, clean the brush easily. One downside is that it does not collect dirt along the edges of the kitchen but I would still swap my vax for this. The delivery of the item was quick and painless and well packaged.

Ordered Microinverter & cable. Got confirmation email for 3-5 days delivery period. After 6 working days chased order as had no dispatch confirmation, to be told “its not available at the moment kind regards ” Started resolution case through PayPal for refund. They now state “you have filed a paypal claim, I cannot support you”. Very poor 1st experience. Will not use again ever. Why sell things you don’t have in stock?
