I purchased the BE24EQSB monitor from this company in January, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the entire experience — from the reasonable price to the purchasing process, delivery, and daily use. I highly recommend it.

I ordered a Bialetti moka pot with a design mostly unavailable in the UK and was very happy to receive it in just five working days! I'd previously tried ordering one from a seller on Amazon UK, but it arrived broken, so I decided to look for shops outside of the UK, even though I was worried about customs charges, etc. However, Sotel sorted everything out for me, and the item arrived well-packaged and in pristine condition. Thank you!

I needed a replacement outdoor temperature & humidity sensor for a weather station. I found the exact one on the Sotel site. I ordered it on the 16th January they shipped it from Germany to the UK on the 20th, I received it a few days later and it has worked ever since.

Placed an order for a headphones through this store via Amazon. The screw ups didn't end. I received no tracking number, confusing information about long shipping delays, and to boot, rude and sassy replies by the customer rep M*******n, who apparently cares more about attitude than customers. Needless to say, I escalated the case to Amazon and got a refund before letting this mess proceed.

Product ordered was as described. It was a very competitive price compared to other sites I visited.

Bought a ninja air fryer got the white one I wanted (couldn't get it in UK) the customer service was excellent and the air fryer arrived on time will certainly use Sotel again

I purchased a white ninja airfryer. It came well packed and arrived quickly. I have no complaints about this company. very good service.

I ordered a top end humidifier that is not available in the UK. Ordering online was very straightforward. P&p was very cheap considering it was sent by Fedex and I was sent regular tracking updates. Excellent company.

En definitiva, una experiencia de compra totalmente satisfactoria: buena comunicación, rápido servicio de entrega, y web muy bien organizada. Sin duda repetiré en esta tienda cuando necesite más productos de esta tienda.

Found company online whilst browsing for a particular item. Smooth and pleasant transaction. Good selection of items, prices to suit all pockets. Good communication. Well packaged, quick dispatch and delivery. Item works very well, would definitely recommend silk-épil 5. Yes, I would use this company again.

I purchased a Kärcher vacuum cleaner from Sotel.de and at the time of purchase there was no clear indication that the product was sold without a battery. After receiving the item and contacting customer service, they claimed that this model is always delivered without a battery.

However, the product page has since been updated to state that the battery is not included, which suggests that the information on the page at the time of purchase was incomplete or unclear. I have screenshots from the moment of purchase showing that this information was not mentioned.

Despite this situation, the company refuses to cover the return shipping costs and expects the customer to pay for shipping the product back to Germany.

In my opinion, this is not fair. When product information is unclear or later modified, the seller should take responsibility and cover the return costs.

Overall, my experience with their customer service has been very disappointing.

I’ve had 2 of the black Polti steam mops. One for myself and one as a gift for my grandson as he loved mine. The service was excellent, delivery was as they stated as I’d enquired about Christmas delivery.

I had an issue with my coffee machine and I contacted Sotel for a solution. Their response was very quick and clear. They gave me a clear instruction how to ship the coffee machine from my home in the UK to their place in Germany. Without hesitation or any hassle they replaced my coffee machine with a new one without even asking for it. Very professional to deal with. Trustworthy

A la suite du retour impossible d'avoir une réponse claire sur un remboursement ou un échange, résultat final un remboursement et frais d'import à ma charge, aucun geste commercial.
2 eme colis, envoi avec de mauvais document pour la douane, taxe à payer deux fois ...
Communication très difficile et incompétence administrative.
Très très mauvaise expérience.
