Kept informed of delivery dates and item delivered on time. Price for item cheaper than I could buy in the UK. I was also worried about buying from a company based abroad but having read previous reviews on Trust pilot I'm glad I did. Item gone into a new home so I've not used it yet

Excellent to deal with. The item was delivered in perfect condition from Germany to Ireland within a few days. I’m very happy with every part of the experience and I’d happily buy from Sotel again.

Ordered a Krupps coffee machine from here. Took about a week for it to arrive to Ireland from Germany, which was ok. Reasonably priced. Good communication and tracked shipping. Coffee machine is a direct replacement for the one i have been using for the last 3/4 years, slightly newer version. I am happy with the product and the service, would recommend.

I ordered a white Ninja Megazone air fryer at a very reasonable price, I wasn’t able to get the white model in the UK. I was kept up to date with delivery dates and it arrived as scheduled, it is fitted with a dual UK and European plug. I am delighted with the service and would definitely use this company again.

I was initially nervous to buy from a foreign firm, but they replied to my initial queries and the whole process went smoothly. I was concerned about paying import duties but they dealt with all of that on my behalf. They also confirmed that the 2 year warranty would be effective even when buying from outside Germany. The product arrived safely within 5 days and I'm enjoying fresh bread from my nice new bread maker!

Bought a La Piccola ESE machine—quite a niche item and hard to find in the UK. Sotel had it at a good price.

Slightly apprehensive buying high value outside the UK post-Brexit, but the whole process was straightforward and reliable. Delivery and communication were excellent. Great to find a Euro company set up to deal with us despite the Brexit nonsense.

Fast delivery, good price

I've used them a couple of times. A great replacement for UK suppliers post-Brexit. They ship as fast as any of the UK companies did, and no VAT/customs nightmare to deal with. They even ship with Irish plugs. Highly recommended.

I received emails from the company at every stage: order received/order processed/order packed/order despatched - extremely polite and informative company to deal with. An electronic discount voucher was even included for future orders.
