I had a coffee machine which wasn't working at all and the manufacturer basically just wouldn't help. I contacted Sotel and even though it was out of warranty they identified the issue and fixed it for me. While this was a one-off goodwill gesture it certainly speaks to the kind of company they are. They clearly care about their customers and want to provide a good service. I was extremely impressed.

Product came as described and has worked perfectly. No issues to report.

This LG basic speaker extension set is no longer available through regular channels. It has turned out to be everything it claimed; a very agreeable conversion to LGs standard 3.1.1 unit, easy to install for true Dolby Atmos output in our mid+ size room. I've no doubt it would perform well in a larger room. Although its controls are limited a simple LG app can be download to smartphone. The delivery period from Germany to England was prompt and had on-line tracking so we knew its arrival time. Packaging was fine. I was a little wary as the item was very competitive in price; indeed the website now has it a few Euros higher than I paid. Well packed so would recommend. Thank you
