The model of television I wanted wasn’t released in the UK, but was released in Germany, so I placed my first order with Sotel for it. It was shipped quickly, arrived in a week double-boxed for extra protection during transit, no extra import charges, and with a UK plug included. I couldn’t be happier!

Compré un repetidor de internet marca Netgear, modelo EX6120, pedido 325460. El aparato no funciona, a pesar de intentar conectarle de todas las formas posibles y de seguir puntualmente el manual de instrucciones. Tengo otros extensores de la marca Netgear y funcionan correcatmente.
En la página de Sotel no hay ninguna forma de poder hacer la devolución, he solicitado instrucciones vía email para hacer la devolución y me están sometiendo a un interrogatorio vía email, que parece más propio de otras épocas de Alemania. De momento el aparato no funciona y no consigo devolverle, a pesar de contestar a todos las preguntas a las que me han sometido. Pienso que me quedo sin aparato y sin dinero, ya no te puedes fiar de la famosa seriedad alemana.
Después de un largo intercambio de emails, me dicen que devuelva el aparato, pero del reembolso del dinero y del pago del coste de la devolución no quieren saber nada.
Unos pillos muy listos.
Ojo con comprarles nada.

Furthermore - the speakers arrived with both EU and UK plugs. Uniquely for this item, the UK plug did not fit. I contacted Sotel, received a prompt and efficient response, and the correct adopters were sent.
