Sound Travel & Bundl レビュー

Not rating the concert. Rating for the Hilton Hotel at Cardiff. Room was very poor for the price paid that was included in the ticket package. Room was very dark, very small inward facing window. Lots of moths in the room - think when we opened the wardrobe. No safe for wallets etc. we only stayed one night so when it came to shower next morning - the installed containers for shampoo,
Conditioner were empty. 4 star rating is overstating it. Breakfast was poor and overall the decor of the hotel was tired. Better staying at premier inn.

Booked through this company to see Bruce Springsteen in Cardiff. Stayed at The Clayton Hotel. Very good and easy. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It was all very easy, check in hotel, tickets to venue. Seats were great. Concert fantastic.

Great service by Ticketmaster. Booked tickets for Take That at 02 and hotel accommodation. All great. Would recommend and will definitely book again

Booked to see Take That with hotel stay at the Moxy with Ticket Master which was fulfilled by Sound Travel.
Brilliant time, everything went smoothly and no problems, excellent hotel, would use again when in London.

Super easy booking process for Take That at the O2. Good email correspondence and updates. Hotel was excellent as was the concert. Would use them again!

Booked through this company for my parents birthday present. Take That concert & overnight stay in London. The company were in contact & provided details at all times. Would recommend.

Amazing venue, amazing lighting, amazing backing band and amazing visuals. The whole Abba Voyage experience was fabulous. It was like Abba were actually there. Cannot fault anything about it - truly mind-blowing and I would definitely recommend.

Couldn't fault a thing. Brilliant

Booked the ABBA Voyage hotel & ticket package through Ticketmaster but fulfilled via Sound Travel. I wanted to add nights and upgrade my room and found the staff at Sound Travel were quick to respond, friendly and helpful.

Booked the ABBA voyage package. Everything ran seamlessly the hotel was fantastic and only a 10 min tube ride from the arena. Would recommend this to everyone. A fab experience from start to finish.

Outstanding show really excellent lot of fun.

Straightforward and easy process.
Booked hotel and theatre tickets for Take That in Leeds. Sound Travel were really easy to use and the hotel was in a central location to the venue. Breakfast was included in our rate - added bonus! Would definitely use them again.

Booked hotel and ABBA VOYAGE package for 4 people l couldn’t fault sound travel everything went smoothly, I had to get in touch with sound travel due to a printing error they were quick to respond and sorted the issue fast

I have purchased hotel and ticket packages in the UK with Sound Travel multiple times. I've never experienced any problems with them. When I reached out to them once with a general enquiry regarding a booking, they replied swiftly with the information I needed. Would definitely use again.

Faced significant challenges due to time zone differences and lack of timely support. Despite booking a Twin Room package, was informed by the hotel of a King Room allocation, with no immediate resolution offered. Required extensive follow-up, including six lengthy phone calls, to address the issue. Nearly incurred substantial additional costs due to potential rebooking. Communication and resolution efforts with Sound Travel were ineffective. Resolution was ultimately achieved thanks to the exceptional assistance of a Crown Hotels staff member.

They gave updated information at regular intervals. They made sure we knew everything in preparation for the Taylor Swift Concert and hotel stay. There were perks included once we arrived to the hotel. We had a smooth and positive experience. No complaints.

Just Amazing
Truly spectacular
Out of this world
Lots of unexpected surprises

Concert good but hotel miles away with no connecting buses. Minimal info given on how to get to venue. Thanks to Sound Travel we missed the last act as we had to go for the last train. Hotel excellent but will not use Sound Travel again.
