Soundiiz Was Clutch

Finding Soundiiz was clutch for me to transfer my music from Spotify to Apple Music. It's a great site to use, it's easy to navigate and I'm happy I utilized it since I have so much music I'd listen to.

Playlist Transfer Made Easy

Used this service to transfer my playlists from Spotify to Qobuz. It was so very easy to use (only transferred playlists that I had made and not those created for me) and also very quick with the added bonus of it running in the background and receiving an email once the transfer was complete. Would definitely use again and highly recommend

Switched from TuneMyMusic

I was using TuneMyMusic for so long, but it started mangling playlists during scheduled syncs so I decided to check out Soundiiz. Not only is their interface better (you can see all your playlists across all linked services in one place), but they also have better configuration of syncs to help avoid that kind of mangling.

Poor matching accuracy.

Poor matching accuracy.
At best 96% accuracy, a lot of work to manually correct. No obvious way to correct failures so future syncs work!
I tried a competitor and got 98 to 100 percent accuracy. I am going to try the paid account of the competitor and if the improved accuracy is consistent.... I will cancel Soundiiz.

Thank you for your feedback. The Soundiiz matching process is way more strict and reliable than any competitor; that's why you probably have fewer matched items.

Indeed, we prefer not to add elements to your playlists/favorites list if we are not entirely sure it's the correct one (i.e., not the proper album, not the correct version, remix, etc.).

I recommend that you double-check to verify that the items are correct, as competitors may have added items that could be incorrect.
However, if you notice that some items are already existing in the destination catalog with the same name, artists, and version but are not matched by Soundiiz, please feel free to send us a message using the "Help" button on our website, and we will investigate. Such feedback is important to us.

Works wonderfully, but...

Works wonderfully, but had some issues:

- can't sync to discogs or last.fm
- when syncing if the target service has a smaller limit on their playlist size then playlist splitting should be automatic. This also applies to batch jobs.

- Yes, unfortunately, we can't create playlists on Last.fm (due to the lack of API endpoint for that). About Discogs, that should be possible under conditions.
- We support the split feature automatically only for some services and only in the 'batch/transfer' feature, not for the 'Sync' process.

Merci pour votre retour.
C'est en effet une volonté de notre part depuis toujours chez Soundiiz de réaliser une correspondance de titres plus strict qu'ailleurs.

En effet, nous estimons qu'il est préférable d'ajouter moins de titres si nous ne sommes pas certains que ce sont les mêmes que la source, plutÎt que les ajouter mais que vous ayez de votre cÎté à revérifier toute la liste vous même si il n'y a pas eu de mauvaises correspondances.

Avec Soundiiz vous avez la garantie (proche de 100%) que si nous avons indiqué un titre comme non trouvé dans la destination, c'est qu'il n'existe pas ou alors pas dans la même version que la source.

Cependant, nul systÚme n'est infaillible, c'est pourquoi si nous n'avons pas trouvés certains titres alors qu'ils sont bien existants dans le catalogue de destination, merci de nous en faire part pour que nous vérifions cela.

Estafa encubierta: me cobraron, cancelaron el plan y no reembolsaron nada

Compré la suscripción anual de Soundiiz el 22 de junio de 2025 pensando que se facturaría mensualmente. Para mi sorpresa, se me cargaron de golpe 33,15 €. Aún así decidí probar el servicio, pero no cumplía lo prometido: no se pueden sincronizar listas entre 3 plataformas de forma automática y simultánea como esperaba.

Contacté con el soporte de Soundiiz y con PayPal para solicitar un reembolso parcial o al menos cambiar al plan mensual (que cuesta 5 €). Presenté la reclamación menos de 24 horas después del pago, y tras hacer solo unas pruebas mínimas con la herramienta.

¿La respuesta de Soundiiz? Cancelaron automáticamente mi suscripción y me degradaron al plan gratuito sin devolverme ni un solo euro. Ni 5 €, ni 28,15 €, ni nada. Han pasado días y nadie ha respondido ni solucionado nada.

A día 3 de julio sigo igual: he pagado 33,15 € por absolutamente nada. No tengo el servicio y no tengo el dinero. Aunque hubiera cancelado yo la suscripción (que no fue el caso), lo lógico sería seguir disfrutando del año completo. No solo es una gestión nefasta, es una estafa en toda regla.

No recomiendo en absoluto esta plataforma. Transparencia nula, atención al cliente inexistente y una política de reembolsos abusiva.

We understand that you intended to subscribe monthly but accidentally selected the yearly plan. Please note that switching from a yearly to a monthly subscription is something we regularly accommodate — but only when users contact our support directly.

Unfortunately, in your case, a PayPal dispute was opened almost immediately after purchase, which froze the transaction on PayPal's side and prevented us from intervening or adjusting your subscription. Once a dispute is filed, PayPal manages the resolution process entirely, and we can no longer process modifications, refunds, or subscription changes ourselves.

We would have gladly downgraded your plan and refunded the difference if you had contacted us first, as many users do in such situations. However, since PayPal has now handled the case, we are no longer in a position to provide any refund or compensation.

For future reference, we strongly advise contacting our support team before initiating any payment dispute. This is the only way to ensure we can resolve such matters promptly and fairly on our side.
