Excellent service

Great Customer Service. Sympathetic Staff. Carried out with great care and flexible service.

With so much lost and not much found, you wonder in a dark and lonely alley not knowing what to do and which way to turn, then you come across the professionalism of this family Business, to say they not only comfort guide and shine a light of hope would be an understatement - We all wish that day never comes, but should you find yourself there, pick the phone up and talk to the likes of PETER and all of a sudden all the weight is lifted off your shoulders, and thereafter you dont have to speak them again, till and when its all "ashes to ashes and dust to dust" - May this company bring you and your loved ones the same love and comfort that they have done for my family and friends

Southall funeral services were very professional and empathetic to our needs. They understood our religious demands and aspects required for the funeral to be a beautiful service for our Late Father.

Fantastic service from Ben and SFS team. They are exceptional at what they do. Have dealt with them on a few occasions (unfortunately).. But They do everything to make what is a very difficult time as easy and smooth as possible. Professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very compassionate, understanding and supportive

Has always provided excellent service during our difficult time. So understanding and considerate took care of our arrangements efficiently.

The entire team (especially Ben, Michael and Victoria) at Southall Funeral Service was exceptional. Their compassion, care, and meticulous attention to detail during this difficult time of my wife's passing were invaluable. We are incredibly grateful for their support, and they truly are an inspiration. We are deeply grateful from the bottom of my heart, as is the rest of the family.

Whenever you need a funeral director's service its always going to be a difficult time, with so many emotions, no time to mourn and beginning with all the formalities that follow.

The service was good, but over the next few weeks I felt let down when I needed them to be alert and astute to our needs, and as selfish as this sounds, I didn't see this in their service throughout.

1. After taking the body from the home, they said they will call the next day to discuss the next steps - I didn't get a call and had to ring myself the day after
2. During the body washing/dressing I had to request for items that should have been present at the time to be put out
3. The video recording was not available till a week after the funeral
4. On the day of the funeral, the funeral herse drove off and did not wait for the immediate family behind. I had to request for them to slow down several times and wait for us.
5. After the funeral had ended, there was no farewell from the pallbearers, they just dropped off the family and went without speaking to the main members of the family.

Things they did do well:

1. Calling before leaving the funeral director office to bring the body home on the day of the funeral
2. Arranging for collection of the ashes
3. Creating the funeral programme details
4. Remembering some specific instructions on the day of the funeral.
5. Collecting the body and helping to take the body to the vehicle.

I know this may sound a little hypercritical, but they are dealing with very emotional families at these times and need to do better.

The service provided was excellent, I wasn't sure how and where to start the process. The team went through everything really well, even when I would forget something I was told, I didn't feel embarrassed to ask again. No matter what I wanted,they did everything exactly as I requested.

A wonderful compassionate company, helped on every step along the way. Everything went as smoothly as one would hope for.

Southall Funeral Service provided exceptional support during a challenging time. Their professionalism and efficiency in arranging for my father's body to be sent to India from London were greatly compassionate appreciated. I'm grateful for their assistance throughout the Process.
