I used this service for my Mums funeral this week. Peter and the team (office staff and drivers) went above and beyond. Always courteous and respectful. Thoroughly listened to everything we had to say. Everything went smoothly on the day. I cannot fault them.
My parents have used their services in the past but that about 20 years ago and the quality and level of customer service has not changed. I highly recommend them.

Very efficient service
I ordered a floral tribute for a funeral service and on day of funeral it was presented well

Our brother passed away at Hayes cottage on the 18/12/23. Ben and his team at Southall funeral service collected our beloved brother Bhupinder and looked after him. Ben guided us from choosing a coffin to sorting the slide show, songs, bathing Bhupinder to collection of his ashes. Massive thanks for everything. Ben and his team are superstars.
