Quick and helpful follow-ups over email, end product looked great too

I needed a memorial stone for my interred father's grave. Found rustic stone online and the prices were affordable. Jeremy was professional and patient. His communication is very quick and easy. The stone arrived quickly and very well packed. It's perfect. Very beautiful. Thank you.

The whole process of ordering a stone was very simple and straightforward. Once the order was placed a mock-up was emailed to me and after I approved it the stone arrived. It arrived quicker than they said and it was superb quality.

I did quite a bit of research before placing an order and these guys provide the best service by far. I was looking to have a memorial garden stone made for my late Mother. We were initially wary of buying a sign online however the whole experience with Rustic Stone was a pleasure.
Although the simple online design tool was easy to use we were still unsure of the font size but with a quick call to Jeremy our concerns were eased.
Within a day we had our sample picture for approval. A week later the sign arrived, another concern ( the delivery of a slate sign) quashed as it was superbly packed and protected.
The steel post frame was well made and weep painted with an excellent finish, stainless steel fixings to boot!
The sign itself, well it’s safe to say we couldn’t have hoped for a better sign in terms of quality, looks and overall design.

Having recently moved, we were looking for a new slate sign that would both help us to be located but also add to the appearance. Rustic Stone delivered on all fronts. We asked if the properties appearance could be etched onto the sign and we were sent across an impression which was exactly what we had in mind. Slight hiccup on delivery but we are absolutely delighted with the result. Thoroughly recommend Rustic Stone

I wanted an engraved piece of slate for my garden. The website was very informative and the design feature easy to use. The communication between Jeremy and myself, to finalise and approve the design was so quick. I found the company extremely efficient and friendly and would highly recommend the company to others.

Update post response from rustic stone- I would gladly post the image if there was the facility to do that, but I don't see how I can. The 2nd sign was not a hanging sign so is fixed completely differently. This is exactly what I mean by the prickly, defensive response i recieved the first time. Poor response. We ordered two signs for our house that cost over £300 and whilst the product looked great and we were very pleased with them initially, we had a problem when the hanging sign broke around the area of one of the fixings. I emailed with some pictures and questions about how this could have happened as its hanging over a bank and not accessible to sustain a knock. I received a frosty, defensive response which I didn't feel was necessary. I was offered a discounted replacement but I didn't take them up on this as I didn't really want to spend any more money with them.

I could not be happier with our slate signs Jeremy created, they are absolutely perfect. I was quite annoying and went back and forth with Jeremy on different ideas and he was very patient. The signs arrived in good time are were perfectly packaged.

I chose this firm for my house plaque because it offered the stone (Yorkstone Regular) and the font (Geometric) that I wanted, engraved and painted (not laser-etched), and the design tool allowed me to experiment with different designs.
I received the plaque today, securely packaged in polystyrene, and am delighted with it. I specified that a couple of uprights on different lines and in different sizes of font had to be lined one under the other, and they are, to the millimeter.
A fair price for a top-quality product that I expect will last at least as long as the brick gatepost into which it will be set.

From start to finish the service we received was first class. We wanted to renew a memorial plaque to include our Dad. Rustic stone helped us to achieve this, their advice, knowledge and guidance. We could not have been happier with the finished slate.

Wanted a new house sign following front garden landscaping. Was a bit dubious as the sign I was looking at seemed too good for the price. Went ahead based on good reviews and wasn't disappointed. Lovely product exactly as I'd hoped. Whole process was easy.

Ordering headstones is always going to be emotive and I felt the price quoted by someone was probably way too high and generally taking advantage of the situation people find themselves in when they're at their lowest point. I looked on the internet and found Rustic Stone. They were able to provide me with the Welsh Slate that I wanted for less than half what I'd been quoted. Ordering online was easy, the mock up sent next day and when I explained to Jeremy the date that we HAD to have it by, he promised he would get it there, in fact it came 3 days before that. The stone is lovely and exactly what we wanted. It arrived well packed by a DPD, so we also received a time slot.
All together excellent service and price and I would highly recommend Rustic Stone.
