I don't really write reviews, but I have to say that Peter from Southall Funeral Service, really has been exceptional. This was a Hindu faith funeral, and Peter understood and delivered, surpassing all of our expectations.

Lost for words as to how to describe our experience apart from saying if it were not for these special angels, we would never have been able to give our mum the farewell she deserved. Their kindness, compassion, empathy, knowledge and respect was second to none - incredible is the only word that comes close. We have laughed with them and cried with them and they have helped hold us together. Even family and friends were in awe of their professionalism. No request was too big, from sourcing an amazing bagpipe player at the drop of a hat to giving a nine-year-old the power and confidence to walk alongside our mum's conductor, Martin, to scatter flowers for her nan.
They were available at every step of the way, guiding us, advising us, helping us, and just being there for us, and more importantly, looking after our mum. In our darkest hours, Peter, Victoria, Martin and Maria showed us the light - thank you for being there then and thank you for still being here now. We're forever grateful.
