ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! SCRAPED OUR CAR AND THEN TRIED TO COVER THE DAMAGE USING PAINT WHICH DIDNT EVEN MATCH! DISHONEST STAFF WHO DIDNT EVEN TELL US! AM WAITING FOR MANAGER TO SEND PRE AND POST VIDEOS….. DO NOT AND NEVER USE SOUTHAMPTON CRUISE PARKING. CHAOS AT TERMINAL PICK UP AS WELL

First time I’ve used this parking and was very impressed, well organised, very quick dropping us to the ship and also on collecting us, car was out all ready to go can’t fault it 10/10

We started our cruise holiday by using Cruise Parking Southampton.

Directions were clear and we found the location easily. We metJag who arranged for our free transportation to our ship and reassured us that although our car was a Toyota Hybrid if we texted or called upon our return they would not only collect us from the ship but make sure our car was charged. It was very reassuring as Hybrids are notorious for running flat after 2 weeks.

The OUTSTANDING service was upon our unexpected delay in returning to Southampton.

My husband fractured his hip and we were offloaded in the Azores. I called Jag at Cruise Parking Southampton and informed him of our possible delay. I also asked his advice on having our car returned to Lancashire as our Travel Insurance would be flying us directly home.

I arranged for Compassionate return of our car through the AA but Jag at CPS was awoken several times in the middle of the night by the possibility that they were collecting our car. Jag then filmed the process and made sure I was aware of exactly what was happening.

The relief this gave me and the kindness of Jag at CPS was above and beyond what I could have expected and I am exceedingly grateful.

From start to finish they provided an excellent personal service. The instructions were very clear on whereto go and what to do. A professional and friendly service was provided with no waiting around, and help was given with luggage. I would confidently book with them again and can recommend using Southampton Cruise Parking.

I booked online and had a small issue with the website and I rang and they were very helpful and got me all booked in. Getting there was easy and the handover was swift. We were dropped to the boat and all very simple. Collecting went smoothly and car was ready for me to leave. Would certainly use again

From the initial booking process to the car pick up, the service and attention from Southampton Cruise Parking Services was perfect. After booking, I changed my car so rang to advise of the change. No automated answer machine, an actual person to speak to who was helpful and efficient. We booked two cars, arrived together, were taken with our luggage to the terminal by the lovely John and collected on our return by him too within just 10 minutes of texting. The instructions were simple to follow and John was super helpful. We travelled with elderly parents so it was refreshing to have such kindness. This company will now be my go to for any Southampton departures, it’s great to receive such good customer service and it is appreciated. Thank you.

We parked with Southampton cruise parking for the first time between February 28th - March 14th, the service we received was first rate, travelling to and from the port was quick and effortless and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely use them again.

Easy booking, will let you know when we have parked our vehicle with them.

Have not left my car there yet but they seem very caring and called me back when they said they would.

This company never confirmed my booking. I asked 4 times then they sent me a postcode ?????
I asked to cancel and they said I could not have a refund because it was more than 14 days since I booked. Well yes it was - I’d been waiting for a confirmation I never got. Emails and phone calls were not answered then eventually they were very rude.
Do not book with these people they are awful.

Process was as advertised. Friendly greeting on arrival. Mini bus driver very informative. Collection process was seamless and quick. Car had been kept undercover and was ready to go.

Simple, straight forward parking, great service on the numerous times we have used them, fast service every time.

Online booking is really straightforward. Easy to follow instructions for parking, transfer etc and a good price.

We were welcomed at the reception, and the car was checked before we were delivered to the cruise terminal without fuss. On our return 5 weeks later, we were collected from the terminal and taken to our car, which started without a hitch (it helps that the cars are kept under cover), and were quickly on our way home. We'd be very happy to use this company again.

Easy to use app, parking for 14 days was a reasonable price.
