Great, clean parking lot, well taken care of. Easy shuttle to and from the cruise ship (about 3 minutes away), excellent and personable drivers!

Have not been there yet as we don't need it till September 18th. As for the website it was very easy to do.

Easy to get to parking lot, pay ahead, shuttles to Black Falcon. Recommend anyone cruising out of Bosto to use...was $175 for the week...fairly reasonable considering

All and all parking was convenient and shuttle was great. Only concern I had was, I had a reservation and there were almost no spots. I got last one. Should be better system for reservations.

No one answered the phone, no one responded to my email. I couldn’t book online for days and never found out why.

This was easy to arrange online. The shuttle bus was there on time and quick to transport us to the dock. The driver was very helpful. The return trip was a short wait for the bus. Again the the driver was great with the luggage. Overall a good experience.

I’m used to parking my car for a certain number of days or hours. I’m usually given leeway. If I say I’ll drop off at 6 and I get there at 530 no problem. I used my best guess and reserved for noon. I got there 1110. I wasn’t allowed in by either the automatic lift gate or the attendant and was told to sit in the fire zone for 45 minutes before I could park my car. Kind of lame. There should be leeway

Easy to find, great location and easy to pay ahead of time and then just scan your code when you enter and exit. Nice multi level parking garage with plenty of parking spaces.

I found that the process of reserving a parking spot was simple and the price was reasonable.

The parking was easy to find. You didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle and the driver was very nice.

The parking lot was easy to find and the shuttle to the dockyard was fine. On the return trip, there was not a specific line to enter to get the shuttle back. There was a sign indicating the general location but there were 50 people there and no “order” so people were arriving and just getting in front of others. No one seemed to be managing the process. We waited 25 minutes then decided to make the 20 minute walk to the lot with all of our heavy luggage. Would not recommend.

Excellent close to where we needed to be except hard to find.the address on site was not correct and took a while to find

This was a great help with parking and being prepared in advance.

Got a discounted rate when seeing a concert at Pavilion. Easy in easy out. Just read the fine print on in/out times because they will really tax you for that. I'll probably use them again.

Games and gimmicks. All the parking sites show $16 for Saturday night event parking, their rate chart shows it, but when you go to book it jumps to $25. What a joke. Why are all parking garages such sleazebags?

On line reservation process was very easy and straight forward. Hoping the day of our cruise finding a parking spot and the shuttle to the ship goes just as well.

Fast in and out- great shuttle and great location- we did drive around about 3-4 laps before finally finding the lot but after that it was perfect
