I had this company install my solar and battery system recently and I’ve got to say they were fantastic. Possibly the best company I have spoken to in a long time. The team were knowledgeable, friendly and cleared up after themselves. The quote I received was the actual price I paid and I could contact them and actually speak to a human who knew what they were doing. Super impressed and will be recommending this company to family and friends.

In the morning Cam explained the plan for the day and asked for my preferences on areas which had options and did a great job of the initial work. His work was neat and professional.

When the rest of the team arrived they were friendly and got straight to work.

Really delighted with our 18 panels , inverter and batteries, despite our roof facing north west we are pretty much self sufficient in electricity from late March to October. Our installation was quick and efficient despite terrible weather, staff courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend SES , and their after installation service is excellent

From start to finish SESE were an excellent company. They were professional, helpful, efficient and informative. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Great experience from initial survey through to installation and beyond. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We've had cause to raise a few queries since installation last year and every time have received good communication and customer service from everyone we have dealt with.

SESE customer service was great answering any questions I had in detail. My panels, Battery and EV charger were installed November 24 and have worked prefectly so far. The installers did an excellent job and briefed me on how the system works and the software I could use to monitor the output of the system, Highly recommended.

System was reasonably priced, installed without problems, despite charging our EV we are a net exporter to the grid. The app works well. In use since November 2023.

Their staff is amazing. From any department, technical, operational, management, administrative. They are knowledgeable, listen to your requirements and they give you great alternatives. They are prompt with any issue. Their price was unbeatable. Excellent quality of work. Installers were careful with and around my property. Always courteous and respectful. They clean after themselves all the time. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

SESE supplied a 10kWh battery to go with my existing solar panels. Arrived as promised and fitted the battery in my garage as agreed. I purchased the battery at a very good price through an East Herts council initiative and very pleased with the overall service provided by SESE.

I am now reaping the rewards of solar. I spend nothing on electricity apart from the standing charge. I have a battery that I use at night for Tv et cetera.
I am ridiculously in Credit and hope it also covers my gas bill

Polite, helpful and professional throughout the job. We’re enjoying the benefits of solar power, and are glad to be doing the right thing. What we earn from the SEG scheme pays for charging our cars (admittedly low mileage). Unfortunately the SolisCloud app no longer communicates with the inverter since BT changed the router to fibre to the home. We tried following the instructions, but still can’t connect.

We used the company to retrofit a backup battery to our solar panels, and also got them to fit an EV charger (in case we ever get an electric car, or subsequent house owners have one) They were very efficient, did what we wanted, and also explained why we didn't need to upgrade our main fuse into the house. I can't remember the exact date in January!

From start to finish, South East Solar were fantastic. They were good communicators, very patient, always arrived on time, friendly and excellent value for money.

A very well run company. All the staff I have spoken to have been exceptionally professional and extremely helpful from start to finish. We are satisfied with the workmanship and would highly recommend. A little shout for Joe, one of their electricians who goes above and beyond, working a long day relentlessly and efficiently.

Astonishingly good service: a proper one stop shop company. We had a battery an 11 panel array installed. Great back office support setting the job up, friendly and professional team on the day who explained how it all worked clearly and great after sales service. Good price too through our Local Authority scheme. And we haven’t paid for electricity since the system was installed so great system design! Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the installation of the solar panels and battery. All the guys worked extremely hard in very hot and sunny conditions particularly the electrician who worked nonstop all day. I was surprised and pleased that 16 panels, a battery and EPS was installed and working in one day. Brilliant.

Overall was a smooth and painless experience. SESE were recommended to us by a colleague that utilised their services for his commercial roof. We called and booked an appointment for a time that suited us. The representative was timely, well prepared and knowledgeable, this gave us great confidence. We did get a second quite for piece of mind, their price was higher and the chap had a second car sale stigma, which was overwhelming. Needless to say, we moved forward with SESE and had no regrets. They installed an EV charger and 5 panels on either side of our roof inset within the tiles. No issues, clean polite installers and scaffolding was dismantled swiftly. Would and have recommended.
