Windows 11 uplift.
We called in Mark from Southern PC Doctor to uplift two PCs to enable them to run Windows 11. Extra memory and new discs were installed along with the new operating system.
The service provided was excellent with a quick response and a professional follow up once the job was completed. We are very pleased with the work and would certainly use Mark again. We certainly recommend Southern PC Doctor.

I was looking for a more personalised fix for my computer problems and found Mark's details and glowing reviews online so I gave him a call. He is a lovely chap, easy to understand and a blessing in a world of AI chatbots that don't understand the question let alone compute the right answer. He fixed a hardware issue for me at a reasonable price and with great speed and I will not hesitate to use him again. I am very pleased to add my own glowing review which is very much deserved.

Mark saw what my problem was and in less the a couple of hours he had removed some of the unnecessary anti-virus software which I had loaded on my machine and it is now working as well as it used to.

Mark has maintained my desktop computer in excellent order over many years, and has installed and set up three new computers in that time. I am elderly and non-technical, and his expertise is responsible for keeping me able to use an increasingly necessary lifestyle asset. His experience, knowledge and abilities are superb, and has just taken me into Windows 11 with my new Acer desktop which he has installed. Mark Rydon, the “Southern P C Doctor” or to be honest, The “Doctor Dolittle” come “P C Whisperer” that has the magic touch. Not only can he work wonders with the machines, he explains in plain English and is someone I wouldn’t hesitate to call on. First he set up my computer, then when my Xerox B225 multi function printer would not set up, he traced the problem and got it working by connecting it to the router instead of the computer.
