I purchased a flettner 3000 roof vent from this company. Excellent service, arrived the next day.

The advert said it comes with fixings, they were not in the box. I emailed & posted this on live chat. Nobody responded to either.

I have been trying to return this since I got it as it arrived too late

Things are good quality but they dont deliver on time always delivery problem

Never even received my order and contacted the company 3 times regarding my order and haven't been contacted back

Delivery firm must have dropped item at wrong address
Very poor customer service and still not received my item and have a vehicle off the road waiting for part

I never received the highway maintenance stickers , I had a message from DX? But there was nothing delivered, I have messaged you through your website and I’ve had no reply from that either , poor service is an understatement

Delivery didn't happen. Apparently lost in transit. Took constant chasing on our part to find this out. The only reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is because they offered a full refund and processed same quickly.

I placed an order in February, but unfortunately I only received half of it. We contacted customer service and submitted a claim, clearly explaining the situation. We were told that the issue would be investigated and that we would receive an update soon, but nothing happened.

Since then, I have had to contact them multiple times. Each time, I spoke with a different representative and had to explain the entire situation again because there seemed to be no proper record of the previous conversations. Every time, they promised to get back to us as soon as possible, but no one ever followed up or resolved the issue.

After contacting them for the third time, the situation is still unresolved, and we are still waiting for an answer. Very disappointing customer service — a lot of promises, but no actual solution.

Very happy with my order, team very helpful, package landed on time.

Never received my delivery and getting passed pillar to post.

Trying to work out where it has been left or delivered so i can retrieve it.

Reason i getting in touch is because i received email to ask how the service was and thought id look into the tracking.
