Love this company fixed all my plumbing problem for a reasonable price in a decent space of time. The plumber investigated the problems thoroughly and explained it to me clearly. Very knowledgeable. He didn't only fix the plumbing leaks, boiler problem and water tank, he also left my house tidy when he was working and even after he left.

All my radiators were not getting hot at all and a plumber from this company fixed it. The plumber was very polite and I could tell he was very intelligent and has had a lot of experience with plumbing. He also came in wearing the correct PPE such as mask and gloves to keep us safe unlike other companies. Pleasure doing business 👍

Great plumbers company

Excellent service on xmas eve when the pressure gauge went on our boiler and no one else could make it before new year. Sorted the whole heating system in less than 3 hours and then came back to readjust it some hours later. Very helpful. Thanks Kazi.

I had a blocked toilet and called up a plumbing company nearby. They came in and coudldnt even fix the problem and took money and time off me. I decided to call Southstar plumbing as a I had a friend who likely recommend me this company and she speaking the truth, I love them. The plumber came in wearing a mask unlike the other company and had a lot of respect for me and my family. He fixed the blocked toilet nice and efficiently. They only charged me £69 minimal charge. I recommend highly !

I was put in touch with the company through a firm for whom they work as subcontractors, over a non-working boiler. They said a powerflush was needed, and carried it out over two days and at a cost of more than £3000, flooding our bathroom twice with equipment left there overnight, at 1am and 5 am. The powerflush didn't solve the problem, which Pimlico Plumbers later identified as just a faulty valve. I have since found payments from my account to Southstar Plumbers for which they issued no receipts. I would advise caution when dealing with Southstar Plumbers

Warning...do not use this company under any circumstances! I find it hard to believe any of these 5 star reviews are credible after the experience I endured. Showed up to the job over 1.5 hours late...conveniently didn't communicate rates were £69 per 30 mins ex VAT during normal hours (making them more expensive than Pimlico Plumbers), radiator not bleed of air showing incompetence, engineer frequently visiting van to look for basic plumbing parts adding to time. Owner did promise to provide audio recording of initial call detailing rates but this of course never happened. Avoid at all costs!

I called out Southstar Plumbers to fix a system leak. They sent out a young junior plumber who was pretty incompetent and clearly not fully trained. His fix, after two hours and calls to his office, hasn't worked. How much for the pleasure? £82.80 for the call out charge and £447 for the 2 hours! I feel absolutely ripped off by this firm, and would recommend you avoid like the plague!
