Booked for 8 sessions in advance for Cryotherapy in September,23. There machine broke down Twice while I was driving in for my sessions I was cancelled Its February, 24 the machine is still broken. I have emailed about 20 times and spoken to 2 different senior staff members. Via email I was offered a full refund however on the phone I was offered a partial refund 'They asked what would make me happy.' I said full refund so I can move on and get the treatment elsewhere .I haven't heard from them since Extremely poor customer service

Felt very comfortable with Lucy in my first appointment for laser hair removal . She is a true professional and made my treatment a nice experience , If u can have a nice laser experience

Booked a hydra facial with Nurse Leah weeks in advance, arrived & was passed to another staff member not a nurse. I queried it when leaving and was told this was who I booked, checked my emails & showed it was not. Yvonne Kninch the manager called me to say she had flexibility with moving clients to other clinicians & did not need to inform the client. Very poor care for clients, more focus on managing the sales & clinic.
