Àbsolutely thrilled with the service from Tara. She was lovely and went above and beyond to create the product i wanted for my daughters! Thank you so much; i will without a doubt be ordering again xx

Tara is amazing - she makes everything just as you'd like and helps personalise whatever you choose. High quality craftsmanship. She gets back to you very quickly and is generally wonderful!

Fantastic customer service, products were dispatched quickly with no hassle and best of all , the gifts were fantastic and beautifully presented .

Always receive a good service from Sparkle and Dot. Lovely selection of hallmarked silver and aluminium bracelets and her hand stamping is always excellent. She is very accommodating about personalisation and/or changes to her pieces. Items are always beautifully packed and come with instructions for caring for them. Delivery times are good and good communications regarding your order. I'm always very pleased otherwise I wouldn't be a repeat customer.

Returning to Sparkle & Dot to buy more items.
I have always found Tara really helpful, the items I have bought have been fabulous very fairly priced and have arrived really quickly.
My last buy was a sterling silver ring for my husband and it really is beautiful. He's chuffed to bits with it.

Very helpful and efficient, sent beautifully wrapped. Thank you

Gorgeous, perfect

Love my new bracelet, great communication, great packaging with a little note ❤️, would recommend and buy from this company again x

Wonderful items, as always. Sparkle & Dot never fails to deliver excellence. My favourite small company. That's another 3 Christmas gifts ticked off the list. Thanks Tara. x

Love this shop!
Such beautiful bespoke pieces made, and all made perfectly.
Delivery was so fast too, and customer service brilliant. A1 thank you!

Absolutely fantastic, I cannot praise them enough
The quality is great
The price meant that the piece (a personalised bookmark) I bought was really good value
It arrived very quickly in a very discreet box and the bookmark itself was hand wrapped with a lovely little bow around it
And after I ordered I received emails asking if there were any other designs I wanted to add to make it more personal and add to the looks, which was great because I'm not artistic in the slightest, so it was great having that guidance to make this gift stand out even more
I can't fault this company in the slightest, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for their products/services

Fabulous product, so helpful, personalised and super fast postage thank you

This is one of those little companies that you find and just keep going back to. The items are lovely, the customer service is excellent and it's an all round 10/10 every single time. 😊
