Dieser Service ist wunderbar! Nicht nur, dass die Stimmen kaum von menschlichen Stimmen zu unterscheiden sind. Menschlichkeit liegt hier auch vor, wenn man Probleme hat mit der Technik oder sich verkalkuliert hat. Es wird einen binnen weniger Minuten durch einen Mitarbeiter geholfen. Schön dass es euch gibt!

I use this tool to generate voiceovers for large amounts of text. For this purpose, it is a very suitable solution with a reasonable USD-per-minute ratio. Unfortunately, in about 10% of cases, the tool skips small portions of the text (even when the source text is split into smaller sections). Once this issue is fixed, it will deserve a five-star rating.

Excellent app. Works as promised and voices are clear and great quality.

I purchased Pro in error as I didn't require the extra features and, on discovering the issue, sought to revert to Lite and get a refund of the difference. This was done by the company very quickly.

A good text-to-speech tool. So far, I haven't found a better option for my project. It occasionally skips small portions of text during conversion, but fortunately this issue is relatively rare.

I purchased the Lite plan after testing the demo,which allowed to use "emotional" tags in text; feature I was most interested in. Only after paying did I discover that emotions are NOT included in the Lite plan: you need to upgrade to Pro to get them. This is not made clear before purchase and it's especially misleading because the demo actually lets you set emotions, showing features that are superior to what the paid entry-level plan includes. It's designed to make you think you're buying something you're not.
I cancelled my account approximately 2 minutes after activation, having barely used the service. Result: zero refund, plan stays active until end of month, and the support team gave no useful response when I reported the issue. I think a company should at least refund the service when it doesn't match what was advertised or canceled after only a few minutes. I do not recommend purchasing if you have evaluated the service only based on the free demo.
