This is undoubtedly the BEST AI text to voice service I've used. I use it in both English and Spanish. I'm so grateful for Speaktor. It is above and beyond better than ElevenLabs, which I read was the gold standard. Thank you to Speaktor for making my dream of having audio in my videos a reality. You're awesome!

Disappointing experience – opaque credit system and broken features
I’m quite disappointed with this app.
I paid $150 for the Pro plan, which is advertised as including 600 minutes of voices per month. In practice, this is not accurate: pro voices consume credits five times faster than standard voices, which means you actually get around 120 minutes, not 600.
The problem is not only the reduced usage, but the way this system is implemented. The difference between “pro” and “standard” voices is not clearly explained, and the impact on credits is not made explicit at the time of purchase or use. As a result, credits are depleted much faster than expected, in a way that feels highly unfair and non-transparent.
This pricing and credit structure creates a serious gap between what is advertised and what users actually receive.
On top of that, the subtitles feature doesn’t work properly. The subtitles are not synchronized with the audio at all, which makes the feature unusable.
Overall, the app does not deliver what is advertised for the price.
Additionally, when you pay for a “Pro” plan, it is reasonable to expect that Pro voices are the default, not a premium option that silently consumes credits 5× faster.
If “Pro” voices are effectively an add-on with a heavy hidden cost, this should be made explicit at the point of purchase and during usage, not discovered after credits are depleted.
As it stands, the naming and structure are misleading and create a false expectation about what the Pro plan actually includes.

We’d like to clarify our credit structure: while the plan offers 600 minutes for Standard LITE voices, our high-fidelity Pro voices and Video Dubbing features utilize more processing power, hence the credits are deducted as 5x and 10x respectively, as noted very clearly on our pricing page.
