Got no parcel till I did

After my first review saying had no parcel and no money Jurriaan from Special Ingredients got in touch offering a full support to locate the parcel that have been shipped after all. Have raised from 1 to 3 stars review due to his total support.
Special Ingredients can fully thanks to him for the update.

Jammer dat eerst een verkeerd artikel werd toegezonden , hierdoor kon ik niet mijn voorgenomen ideeën uitvoeren.
Achteraf alles nagezonden en dus redelijk tevreden.

Dank voor je review, we vermoeden alleen dat deze review voor een ander bedrijf bedoeld is? We zien dat je bij ons 1 order hebt geplaatst en dat deze de volgende dag goed bezorgd is, we kunnen verder ook geen contact met je terugvinden over eventuele verkeerd geleverde artikelen.

Uitstekende klantenservice

Uitstekende klantenservice!
Er was helaas een product beschadigd bij levering.
Maar ik werd onmiddellijk geholpen door de klantenservice en had de dag nadien al een vervanging toegestuurd
