Contact us to find out how we can help you. sales@sosoxygen.co.uk 01257 254525 Our Standard Service includes: Free next day deliveries Cylinder exchanges at no extra cost Annual cylinder reports Personal account manager The Responder O2 range of medical oxygen cylinders from SOS Oxygen incorporates the latest design and technology, featuring a '1 switch' operation to turn the cylinder on and select oxygen flow rates in a single movement. There's no need to call us when your cylinders' gas expiry dates are due to expire, our tracking system monitors all of our cylinders and we'll be in touch to arrange replacement cylinders, free of charge, before your medical gases expire. You'll receive an annual cylinder report to download for your records, including barcode details of the types and quantities of medical oxygen and Nitronox cylinders on your account, plus batch numbers and expiry dates. Callouts for exchange cylinders ("refills") and deliveries are carried out by your personal account manager who will liaise directly with you to arrange visits to your site. We have bespoke medical gas supply options for specific customer requirements. WOULDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING
Have been with SOS a number of years now and as they have grown and grown their quality of service hasn't changed, it continues to be the best around.
Our local rep Dan can't do enough for us and genuinely seems to think of all clients as individuals rather than 1 cap fits all. Very responsive to needs of clients 👍👍

Quick and efficient

Quick and efficient. The only thing I would mention is that the expiry date is not visible on some items. We had the CQC in and as we had previously opened a bag to view the expiry date, it had made the mask unsterile so needed replacing.

Speedy service, even for us small companies

Could not recommend this company enough, there response and customer service sets them apart from other medical gas providers. I emailed my certs over to them and asked if my order could be processed in a timely manner as I had just won a big and important contract, there normal lay time is 6 weeks for new customers, they managed to arrange delivery within a couple of days. So often are new and small companies overlooked or simply put to the bottom of the pile, not the case with SOS!!! Thank you for such an amazing customer services, from us at Top cover Medics.

Amazing

Amazing. They saw how desperate I was to get an oxygen cylinder and instead of 2 weeks wait delivered in 1 day. Not only that they stayed on the line and listened to my situation like a friend. Thanks guys.
