Welcome to Speedy Prints based in Saltash Cornwall. Est 1996. We provide many printing services. We believe that high quality and attention to detail is very important. We check each and every print by eye to ensure a flawless printing service every time. We have many years of experience and will always put the customer first. We are proud to have worked with many satisfied customers over the years. over 26 years! to be precise, producing and printing beautiful photos from mobile phones, USB's and emails and various formats. We have also preserved precious memories of family and friends from converting old video tapes to digital format. We often get great feedback from customers who have asked us to either print, restore or digitise these wonderful moments. There are many services that we provide. To many to list. Amazing!

Brilliant service from start to finish! I had a disposable camera developed with around 40 prints. These pictures were really special as we got Engaged in Thailand and I couldn't wait to see the pictures! Fast turnaround, great customer service, will definitely use again & recommend to family & friends! Reasonable cost, great quality prints & really quick with delivery. Thank you Speedy Prints :)

Found several old APS films in the loft
.

Found several old APS films in the loft and found this company online when searching for places that could develop them. After losing all my pictures from the early years when me and hubby got together I hoped these would replace some of the lost ones. But didn’t hold that much hope as they were from 2001 and its now 2023 so figured they wouldn’t even work, but they did pretty much every picture in every film.
Cant fault anything about this company. Fantastic fast service, very friendly staff and excellent photo quality.
Will defiantly keep bookmarked in case I need further services in the future and will recommend to friends and family

Really convenient and easy to get my disposable camera film developed. After leaving it hanging around the house for months, it was so simple to pop it in the post and before I knew it the prints were delivered (earlier than expected). Will definitely use Speedy Prints when I need to develop film again.

Really not good

Where to start, I first called these people explaining that I have a picture of my son I wanted printed in A3 and if I could come in and get the picture off my phone on to one of their devices.. To which they said yes, and that they have the necessary cables to upload my photo's to their machine and print, A3 would be £9.99. I couldn't make it myself on the Friday so my partner went down, same phone as mine with a 4k picture of our son to get printed. She then came back and said they told her it will be ready on Tuesday and she had to send the image to there email kiosk address, which she did. Which I thought is very strange, it doesn't take 4 days to print a picture, it's a few minutes on a shops high quality machine, and certainly not what I was told. My partner then went on to tell me that they also took her money, wanting payment before the picture was ready, also very strange. I called them several times at 4.30pm that day wanting to know why none of this was said to myself over the phone, and they clearly hung the phone up time after time and wouldn't answer. Anyway, Tuesday comes, we get a email from Google saying the address isn't correct and the email wasn't sent, the picture.. I call the shop, finally get through and they give me a complety different email to send the image to, also a bit strange. I send it through and say il be on Thursday to collect, I go to get the photo and first off your not welcomed with a smile, or even a thank-you, I get back in my car and briefly look at the photo and the quality is poor, like really poor. Very blurred, poor colours, just terrible. I call the shop and ask for a explanation, I said the picture was taken in 4k, same as many others I have had printed elsewhere and never a problem before. I was given several technical excuses and told they can't help me, no apology, no offer of a refund, nothing. They have my email details, they could of contacted me if they wanted too. I'm not sure they just wanted to take advantage of my partner being a female, with wanting payment upfront and totally different instructions to what they gave me, or just money grabbers offering a poor service, or maybe my poxy £9.99 order wasn't enough for them to use their high quality printers, or worse collecting pictures..Who knows, either way probably the worst all round service from any shop I have used in my local town of saltash. I'm sure they will reply with every excuse under the sun,and take no responsibility. I have no reason to lie about anything, my statement is 100% truthful

First of all we apologise you feel you have received a bad service.
We have always worked on a first come first served basis. We will never prioritise a customers order above any other and this has always been common practice. So it is not at all strange to be told a date of when we are able to produce the order.
Regarding payment, we have always worked on a payment up front policy and have done for the best part of 9 years so there certainly is nothing strange about this. So, trying to hint at sexism or accusing us of prying upon the vulnerable is highly offensive.
We certainly do not recall hanging up multiple times. We did however receive multiple calls and every time we answered with “Good afternoon, Speedy prints” the line went dead. It certainly isn’t in our best practice to deliberately hang up on customers. And as we have no idea who is ringing us until we answer and they respond we simply cannot and will not pick and choose who calls us.
When your partner came into the shop, she was asked to send the photo to our kiosk@speedy-prints.co.uk email address. This is standard practice for larger prints as they cannot be printed instantly when connecting straight to our instant print kiosks as they can only print upto 8x6 inches. So, we find it very strange why you would receive a bounce back email if you had sent the photo to the email address provided. You were provided an alternative email when you called which was gary@speedy-prints.co.uk which is linked to the same PC as our Kiosk email address. And as you seemed to be having issues with the email address that was originally provided, we gave you this one over the phone to ensure we received it.
Regarding your image. And the so-called technical excuses. The image you have sent us is of average quality 1080x1080px 65ppi roughly 1MP to be approx. This is a standard quality that most people when sending photos from phones tend to request for printing. Your photo was certainly not 4k which is a 3840×2160 resolution or an 8.1MP equivalent still image. As per our terms, if you are not happy with the quality of the image that you have sent us then simply bring it back and we will refund you. You also have the opportunity to check the photo before leaving the shop for any issues.
Regarding the accusations of hints of sexism or being price prejudice. We have never been accused of taking advantage of customers regardless of their sex, age, race, marital status or the size of their wallet! We regard all customers orders whether it be a 20 pence photocopy or a £9.99 print as equally important, especially in this current climate. We are a family run business and we will never deliberately jeopardise our main source of income! We find this highly offensive. If you were not happy with the print you had every opportunity to return it so using slenderness comments that hint towards us preying upon the vulnerable due to sex is by all accounts disgusting!
