I ordered my case two months ago and the paint inside the case has already chipped off. For a £20+ this is terrible quality and I would expect something of this price to be durable for at least a year. When I reached out to the brand, they did nothing but offer me 50% off my next purchase. A bit cheeky to think I would actually spend my money with them again given the state of my current case and their low level of customer service. I’m so disappointed and seriously urge everyone to think about what they are buying from Instagram adverts from these smaller/boutique style brands.

Paris case arrived and I love it! 8 day delivery to Dublin Ireland! Very acceptable. In a lovely package , well protected. Will definitely order again. Unique, different, affordable phone cases. Thanks gals xx MaryEllen

Everything was perfect - the product, the service, the delivery time! I definitely strongly recommend it.

NATASHA IPHONE CASE: The phone case is poor quality and doesn’t work or wear well. Have had the case for less than two months and the colour is scratching off. The volume buttons are unable to function properly because the case obstructs the key from being pressed. Not an accessible case at all. Free shipping means that it will take two or more weeks to arrive. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this case or any for that matter as they’re cheaply made on par with Shein and Temu - I’m assuming they use the same suppliers.

Still No cover.
If i knew it was sent directly from China I would NEVER have bought it.

Spell cases lie about their shipping time and left me waiting for months even thoughthe webshop indicates the items were in stock.
My case finally arrived after many e-mails to a completely useless customer service and now after less than a month of using the case, the plastic ornament has shattered and fallen off.
Do not purchase anything from this useless company!

Ordered the COCO phone case LESS than a month ago and it has already snapped in half around the white edging and is no longer useable. Contacted Spell Cases to arrange a refund and was told I was not eligible for a refund. Such a shame and a waste of money and plastic considering it took a while to come I have definitely not been using it long at all and would expect far more durability from a phone case. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience with this product in comparison to other brands I have used before.

My cases took forever to arrive. When they finally did it was super underwhelming. these cases are made of cheap plastic. Very flimsy and not at all protective, doesn’t even raise off the top to protect it from screen cracks. I ordered the resin case with star glitter and there was a literal ant in the resin. no way to get it out.

Jeg bestilte et cover derfra d. 1 november. Jeg havde ikke modtaget det, da det blev december, så i løbet af december skrev jeg en masse mails til kundeservice. Først spurgte jeg hvor det blev af. Så skrev jeg at jeg ville have mine penge tilbage, efter længere tid, hvor jeg stadig ikke havde modtaget coveret. Det blev der ikke rigtig gjort så meget ved. Først efter at jeg skrev en anmeldelse herinde, med en undren om, om jeg nogensinde fik mit cover og 1 stjerne, så fik jeg en mail med, at de ville give mig en refundering. Og de spurgte om jeg ville opdatere min anmeldelse på trustpilot. Her er den så. Jeg glad for at få pengene tilbage, og heldigvis kom coveret også samme dag (24. december) :)

I love my DAISY case! It’s so stunning and protects my phone! It’s not bulky and makes your phone feel smooth, and it also has a bit at the bottom which protects your charging port from dust and debris! My case took about 3 weeks to come to the UK after ordering, but I understand it took long due to COVID-19. It was worth the wait though! I definitely recommend Spell Cases to those who want a cute but protective case! :-)

Cute cases! Got my SUNSHINE delivered to the US in a week.

I ordered a case which took 11 weeks to arrive. Their website says international orders can take up to 20 days, well I finally received mine after 79 days....
I enquired to Spell Cases as to how long my case would arrive however they could not provide any information but to hand me over to the company they use for shipping / logistics. After speaking with them, they suggested I ask Spell to raise an investigation. I emailed them twice to raise an investigation and they did nothing but say "we'll get back to you", which they never did. I'm aware there is a global pandemic, but if your items are taking months to arrive to buyers, would you not consider using a different and actually decent shipping provider?

UPDATE: (They have very kindly refunded me on the case I hadn't received, gave me a discount code and sent a very lovely email. It is clear that their customers are their motivation and they only want them to be happy! Thanks SpellCases.)
I'm a bit sad to write this review as I was really trying to root for this company, their cases are beaut (there is no doubt about that) and everyone seems to love them! I ordered 2 cases in May, received one and not the other. Kept patient and emailed customer support for help early June, they gave me a tracking code so I could see exactly where my phone case was. Cut to a month later, still hadn't received the phone case. Emailed customer support asking if it was possible to have a refund, understandably they said no as they explained that some orders from May were starting to arrive in the UK so they were going to keep in touch. Over a week goes by, and I hadn't heard anything, so I emailed again apologising as I didn't want to be difficult and requested a refund again. To which they said they were monitoring my order and said nothing about the refund. I appreciate that Covid-19 has effected certain areas of business of course! I just hoped for better communication and understanding from the customer support team, especially since these cases aren't cheap! Regardless, I do like the one case I did receive.

Update: They gave me a refund and a discount code.
“Ordered a case on May 7th. It’s 17th July and it still haven’t arrived yet. They ignored my email when I asked how long would I need to wait more. I don’t have the product, yet they would not give me a refund. I wanted to support a small business instead of getting it from big companies but wow, if I knew this was gonna happen I wouldn’t have purchased at all. Also, they hide comments from their audience on Instagram. I commented on Instagram about my order along with the other girl and they did nothing, not even TRY to assist me, but just hid them from users. I’m speechless at this point. Really disappointed with Spell Cases. 100% would not recommend.”
