Another redemption

Update: I finally got my redemption, slowly but surly you’ll get paid.

Update: lowered my star ranking because nothing has happened with my redemption, nothing but dead silence
not even a peep from CS
yet they send me emails got promos and want me to spend money
I’m wondering what is really going on with these folks.

Once again, for the second time, I have scored enough for a redemption! Enjoying the game selections the offer. I am hopeful there will be another smooth process for redemption! Will update 5 stars upon completion.

DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!

Deserves less than one star. 8 days ago they accepted my coin purchase, verified my account, and I redeemed for $100. Got the confirmation email for that. The status of it changes from pending to approved 2 days ago. Still no money but today I got an email saying that my account has been blacklisted and closed!!!!! I have screenshots of all of this! It's such a trashy business. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU

DON'T PLAY HERE! If they did me wrong they will do you wrong too(unless they make it right for me)

On Spinsamerica I purchased a welcome offer for $9.99 and ended up winning around 400 over a month ago. I tried cashing out a $100 gift card but when I got in in email I clicked it and the link was expired so I contacted support. They were cooperative and said they resend it but I never got another email! These douchebags told me after I msg them again that I already got it which is bull****. I still had over 200 on my balance so I decided to go ahead and try to redeem that but this time (unlike last time) I seen a bank transfer option. Before I could only redeem gift cards. Its been pending for a week which is absolutely ridiculous on top of that Support WONT RESPOND. I've sent email after email and told them I was going to leave a 1 star review considering I test and use sweepstakes casinos for others to make sure they are legitimate. Ive been using this site for a few months now and I honestly regret ever making a purchase here because ive gotten zero return even though I won do yourself a favor and skip this site unless they make it right for me then ill make this a 5 star review

REDEMPTION ON 12-12-25 IP BANNED ON JAN 26

I made a redemption request on Dec 12. Today is Dec 28th. I've sent 3 emails all of which have been unanswered. Its ironic because my first cashout of $100 was on day 7 and I canceled it and played it back. So I really don't think that $612 is gonna hit my pockets.

UPDATE: TODAY IS JAN 26 AND THEY HAVE BANNED MY IP ADDRESS SO I CANT LOG IN

$1,190. I don't normally write reviews, but this is just unacceptable business practice. I believe i will never be paid out at this point. Support gave me speedy replies when declining my withdrawal requests, but the moment I finally met their ridiculous requirements ? The requirements that are not even inside the automated link they send you? Radio silence. Almost 20 days of radio silence. I have reached out to support TWICE and heard nothing. Almost $1.2k of money earned that might as well be gone. Absolute worst online casino i ever dealt with. Referred from Swagbucks. Absolutely nefarious business practices going on here. Stay far away. Better off throwing your money into a burning pit of hellish flames

Hands down the worst sweepstakes casino


Hands down the worst sweepstakes casino I’ve done business with. Worst customer service ever. They’re nothing but scammers. They hardly ever respond and if they do it’s days later and not at all helpful. Nothing but excuses on “changing redemption method” but they have no problem taking my money. They’ll never pay out. They change the play through requirements every time you put in for a redemption. Total and absolutely scammers! Don’t waste your time. Learn from me and the others on here!

Don’t waste your time or money

I have been trying to redeem winnings since December 2. I have emailed customer support several times. I have gotten no response. This is super frustrating considering they are quick to take my money with no issues. I wish I would have read the reviews before putting my hard earned money into their hands.

They claim redemptions take 1-3


They claim redemptions take 1-3 business days, it’s been nearly 2 weeks and no update, when you contact them they say that they can’t give you a exact date on when it will process.

Just very frustrating to be honest
You can only redeem via gift card or prepaid Visa card too, don’t understand why it’s taking so long if those are the only redemption options

Will update review on any updates I receive.

(This is my 2nd redemption, 1st redemption took 2 weeks)

11/05/25 – Email received announcing “now instant, hassle-free” redemptions.
11/10/25 – Submitted redemption request: only prepaid/gift card options available.
11/13/25 – Contacted support (Request #4115) because redemption was still pending.
11/19/25 – Support responded, apologized for delays
- said switching payment providers is reason for delay and why can only do gift cards or prepaid
- large volume of requests is causing delays
11/22/25 – Sent another status request
11/23/25 – Received response the next day, apology citing high volume, assured processing ASAP.
11/27/25 – Sent another status request (Request #4208)
11/27/25 - Received response that redemption will be approved soon but cannot commit to a date.
12/03/25 – Still no redemption processed.

Spins America promised instant, hassle-free redemptions with their big update on 11/05/25. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. After submitting my redemption on 11/10/25, I’ve faced repeated delays, vague responses, and excuses about payment provider changes that seem to have been ongoing for months.
Support has been polite but ineffective every message seems like a computer generated apology without a real solution or timeline. It’s frustrating to get a notice that they have changed a and that a process advertised as “now instant redemptions” has stretched into almost a month with no clear resolution.
Bottom Line: If you’re expecting fast payouts as advertised, prepare for disappointment. Transparency and reliability need major improvement before I can recommend Spins America.

BLATANT SCAM

Total garbage. Every time you want to redeem your winnings, they reject it and add additional playthrough requirements. Whatever the playthrough requirements were, once you've met them, they just add more. It's tucked into their terms of service, that they may add additional playthrough requirements at their full discretion, whenever they want. That doesn't make it legal though. Operating as a sweepstakes, they actually are NOT legally justified to do this. Obviously. Total scam, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

MY REPLY TO YOUR REPLY: I don't have any doubts to be clarified. Sweepstakes law in America requires the absence of "consideration" which (among other things) means that LEGALLY you can't manually change the requirements for individual users at your own discretion, regardless of what you write into your terms. It is also flatly prohibited BY LAW to change the rules of a sweepstakes once the user has entered. No doubt about it, your site is TRASH.

Worthy of a second chance

They gave me the run around for two weeks before I received my redemption. Customer service doesn't work on the same time schedule and the United States, so you will get an email to your inquiry during the night and early morning, which makes it difficult. There is no live chat or a phone number to call for customer service. It felt as if this casino was not prepared to open for operation, but after daily emails and attempts to do what I was instructed to do, they finally got it right and I was paid in full for my winnings. I would differently give them another go and with time I assume their operations department has gotten better

They give you the run around on everything they don't help you at all I've been trying to redeem for two or three months now and nothing will go past a certain screen it's just overall of horrible sight scam artist

I won a $100 and tried to redeem it

I won a $100 and tried to redeem it. That's when they gave me a copy of the rules and said I had to play through 20x before redeeming. I looked at the rules and the rules say that 20x is the MAXIMUM. So they are simply choosing to make me do this. Whatever happens, redemption or not, I will not be using this website again.

Total scam

Total scam, Racked up 50K SC from my purchases and went to redeem, well turns out i need to make another purchase to link my account & during this i realized that whenever it failed to link my bank it would deduct my redeemable SC for whatever the package cost. Eventually redeemed and they asked for a bank statement showing their transactions. This took a month because i had to wait for my new statement. Even after all that i got ghosted by supported after providing the details.
