Excellent customer service. I recieved a spiral bag as a gift and the buckle broke slightly. I contacted Spiral and they immediated sent a replacement. I LOVE THE BAG!

Great bags for many occasions, whether business or leisure. Different types of bags for different purposes. I currently have three bags and about to buy a fourth!

I bought a bag about a year ago. Used it most days for commuting - good quality. I noticed a tear in the top of the bag.

Asked them whether I was in warranty - assume I was, and they offered me a choice of replacements. This is what any company should do, but what was impressive was the speed at which they responded and sorted it.

Overall I’m happy with the Transporter Deluxe backpack, as it seems to be good quality and I did also receive the free crossbody bag, which I’ve yet to use, but generally pleased with my purchase. Just one pretty significant niggle which I haven’t seen on any other reviews, the smell from inside both bags is terrible and it doesn’t matter what I spray in it, it just doesn’t go away. I can only describe it as a fishy sort of manufacturing odour, definitely not what you’d expect from a new bag! Tempted to soak in detergent but I’d assume that wouldn’t do the bag any good. Maybe it’s just the bags I received, but definitely worth a mention and something to bear in mind

Within nines months of normal use my Spiral Legacy backpack is falling apart at the seams, to the point that it's almost unusable (straps have almost fully detached from the bag).

Website mentions a "Quality Guarantee", without offering any further details of what this means (in hindsight this is a warning sign) – the response when I contacted customer services was to ignore the questions I asked and send a standard copy and paste response, directing me to the retailer (who were also unwilling to help).

Two stars because the item was practical and stylish for the short time it lasted.

Brought a bag for my new role and was only using it to carry laptop and a few items 6 months later the threading caused one of the handles to come loose. I email to request a replacement and the team responded momentarily and stated a replacement would be sent. Received this next day. Great service from the team will be back for sure !! I would recommend their products very stylish and the customer service is 10/10

Brilliant product, the transporter deluxe backpack is excellent. Waterproof, hold everything a cyclist needs and super durable. The customer service is also excellent. I had a couple of questions and the team were more than happy to help and answer them.

Bought two bags a ruck sack and a smaller shoulder bag. Been on their first outing today at a music festival where there were showers - useless! Water resistant it says - I have sponges with more water resistance. Everything inside was soaked and yes I did fold over the tops!

Placed an order for a backpack, as it was on offer with a free crossbody bag. However I didn’t receive the free bag, and they have since said the offer had expired 8 days before I ordered. This is impossible, as it was the advert that led me to place the order and the free bag was in my basket when I checked out. The bag I received does look very good, however due to the offer not being honoured, I feel the need to return the bag. Poor customer service, I think they were trying to insinuate I was lying. Word of warning, take a screenshot of your basket before you complete checkout, wish I had.

Really impressive product and outstanding customer service. I had an issue with my bag just outside the guarantee- and assumed I’d simply be told that nothing could be done. But I got an instant apology and a replacement product two days later. No fuss. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service - delighted to receive an upgraded backpack as my first choice was unavailable. Very speedy, efficient delivery and looking forward to using it for hikes here in the (often) rainy North East.

In my opinion Spiral produce excellent products ethically and at a very reasonable price. I purchased a transporter bag for my wife. Its well designed, robust and not too heavy. It has a security zip at the top of the roll which most competitors dont. I currently have a stubble bag, which cost 4 times as much but seems similar to the Spiral which I actually prefer.

Brought a rucksack with a free messenger bag awhile back while planning for a trip. Ordered Sand colour for both, but received two very distinct coloured items (one Sand, one Beige/off White) but wasn't that bothered.
First time using the rucksack, the clip on the fold over top section wouldn't "click" in place, so the rolled over top kept coming open (not good when travelling through London). Eventually both shoulder straps failed as the folded over end of the strap was not thick enough to stop it completely feeding through the ladder grip.

Very poorly put together piece of equipment that failed spectacularly when used. AVOID

Brilliant experience. I loved the first bag I ordered, though unfortunately a clip on the bag broke shortly after I started using it. The Spiral team replaced the bag within days free of charge. Love the second bag too. Would definitely recommend.

I bought the back pack but it wasn’t worth the money I paid. So I asked if I could return it. I’m still waiting for my money!!!!
Please avoid this company. Also M&M sports sell the same backpack for half the price so you are not getting the crossbody for free . It’s a total scam. So buyer beware!!

I bought one of Spiral's laptop backpacks and there was an issue with the strap after a few months, it was replaced immediately with one of the largest bags with the best reinforcement, which is performing very well. Brilliant customer service and I have no fears for my electronics protected by the waterproof material. Excellent experience.

Service was good and I received my 25L commuter back pack quickly. The backpack itself is ok, I was hoping for more seperate compartments inside the main part of the bag so if you're used to a bag with these, this is perhaps not for you. Quality is good but one thing thats disappointing is that the bag doesnt sit upright on its own. There is no structure to the bottom of the bag (just be mindful if you anything that could spill inside). More padding needed on the back too, I can feel my laptop in my back when walking. Other than that, it holds plenty and is water proof. I bought with discount code so I'm pleased I didn't pay full price for this particular bag but I'd perhaps try another if there were other/new designs. Lots of colours to choose from, they look smart.
