Stumbled across these guys when looking for a new backpack...glad I did. Took advantage of an offer of a free crossbody bag and they both arrived quickly. Wow - just wow. Amazing quality and fantastic prices. I'm not usually the review leaving kind but these guys deserve it. Thanks so much.

The backpack I ordered was delivered promptly and is of really high quality.
When I ordered, there was a promotion on for a free crossbody. I didn't realise that I had to add it to the order....
I contacted customer services and they responded straight away and hopefully my free bag is now on the way!

What a fabulous product I served over the 35 years in the military the quality of the products were as good if not better than I haves used . The Customer service was just outstanding .

I placed an order for 2 backpacks and then realised there was an offer on when you bought backpacks. I got in touch straight away and the response was amazing sending me the link to order my free gifts straight away.
This is definitely the best customer service I’ve ever had. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating and I will definitely buy from Spiraluk again and recommend to family and friends.

I am speechless!! I ordered a bag and the wrong delivery address was on the system. They changed it with no complaints and then I went and changed to a bigger bag which they did too!! Such incredible service AND I got the free crossbody bag too!! A fabulous product with amazing service!!

I have the transporter deluxe and a cross body and both look incredible. You get LOADS of compliments on how stylish they are, two friends have gone on to buy Spiral bags! The stitching is the problem. Transporter Deluxe I’ve had a year, probably used it on 4 or 5 trips and the stitching on the carry hook and BOTH straps is coming apart, such a shame. Would perhaps seek a similar ‘look’ bag from a different brand going forwards.

I had forgotten to add a free cross bag to my order. I emailed Spiral and within less than 30 minutes I had a reply and they added my free bag to my order.

I made an error in ordering the Spiral UK looked after me and kept me updated. through to the end.. I like the rolltop and the additional messenger bag. Good quality and design. I never give 5 stars as I believe nobody is perfect, but this customer service is as close to dammit. Thanks Chaps

I ordered what I thought was a backpack at a great price and got a complimentary messenger bag free.
Both arrived the next day and the quality is great.
Well worth a look if you haven’t done so before.

Credit where credit is due!

I've had my backpack for about 9 months, and one of the shoulder straps had come away from the main body of the bag so I got in touch via the website to see what could be done.

Expecting a long process of sending pictures and possible the item back for checks, I was really surprised when the team got back in touch (within about an hour) saying they'd instructed the warehouse to dispatch another bag to me. That arrived the next day meaning I've not had to go without!

Really quality customer service and hoping this bag goes the distance!

I received my Transporter Deluxe, really high quality & far exceeded my expectations vs the cost. I'd definitely recommend getting one.
I forgot to claim my free Crossbody pack when checking out, so emails customer services. Instant response & solution, I received this 2 days later.
These guys have it nailed down.

What a great company...purchased two lots of rucksacks and cross body bags...the second order wasn't delivered when expected by the courier and as soon as I let Spiral know they immediately sent out a replacement order which arrived within 48 hrs with lots of apologies...these bags are amazing quality, the best I've ever purchased for work and travel...if I thought I could do with more I would certainly order more but there's only so many bags a girl needs ...

Ordered the sand commuter backpack - delivery was quick but unfortunately I spotted a slight defect in the fabric seemed to have been caused by being creased for too long - contacted Spiral and offered to return the faulty item for a replacement or refund - Spiral responded promptly and advised they would simply send out a replacement - Again, speedy delivery, replacement product is just what I wanted and the quality is excellent. I am really impressed with the level of customer service this business offer - you don’t often see it these days. I would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have two bags - love both. The stitching came apart on one of the bags I sent the company a photo and they immediately dispatch replacement bag great company great product great service.

One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had when dealing with a company, answered all my questions promptly and well. The product matched the customer service, strong, durable and looks good to! I can’t recommend highly enough on all counts!

What can I say about this amazing company that can do them justice with mere words.

I was gifted one of their backpacks by sister earlier on this year, a great backpack which made my life alot easier carrying things for work and also for my social life.

Last week Friday (8th August 2025) I noticed that the clip was damaged and was not closing so I reached out to the customer service team asking for there was a spare part I could purchase, after exchanging emails and providing them with more information I was told that they would be sending me out a replacement bag and also said;
"I'm really sorry to see this. Our backpacks are designed to last, and it’s clear this one hasn’t met those expectations — that’s definitely not the standard we stand by."

This is one of the reasons why the majority of my family have Spiral bag the customer service is unmatched! Forever a repeat customer to this amazing business!
