What great customer service ...purchased 1 of rucksacks and a free cross body bag...the second bag wasn't delivered when expected but as soon as I let Spiral know they immediately sent out the 2nd item! Decent bag quality too!

I received rucksack which is great and looks good it could be slightly bigger. Recommend it

What can I say 10 out of 10 for customer services and fast delivery I had a problem with order I emailed them same day less than an hour I had an email back and I was able to add on to my order very happy and the bag is strong very good value for money

My Mam bought me a bag as my birthday present but didnt add the free messenger bag to the basket so only bought the rucksack. I emailed them and all I needed was my Mother's name and they sent me the free messenger bag straight to my address the next day. Can't really get better custimer service than that.

A great product for a great price. This exceeded my expectations. The cross body was also fantastic and works perfectly a a small hand luggage bag. When fully expanded, the cross body can still fit my lap top. The design of the back pack is excellent and the material is sturdy but elegant. I love the olive green. Buy with confidence.

Either the reviews on this website are fake or I am the unlucky one, because I confirmed my order on 23.12.2025., and it was shipped on 30.12.2025. It has been over 2 months since I have received NO updates even after messaging/emailing customer support numerous times.

I saw the Spiral offer on Instagram and was a little nervous as I don’t often buy products online unless I have seen them somewhere. I am so happy with this company. The 20L back pack is the perfect size to replace the small wheelie I usually travel with and I can now be hands free when travelling through the airport. The bonus of getting a free cross body small bag just made me smile. The bags are really well made and I love that they are both waterproof. I cant wait to use them. Nice customer service is the cherry on top!

Fast delivery and an excellent product.
During the ordering process i forgot to order my free Crossbody. I contacted them and received a reply withing 1/2hr. I provided them with my order number and they confirmed that i had not selected the special offer. Without hesitation they allowed me to select the crossbody of my choice and arranged delivery.
