My Transporter Backpack arrived today, and I absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful design, soft to the touch, and has lots of space so will hold everything I need it to. It also has lots of different zippers and compartments so I can organise my things easily. It will be great to use for both work and traveling. It arrived the day after I ordered it (which was an unexpected surprise), and the customer service has been excellent. So happy with my purchase.

Great service and goods

The delivery was fast and well informed throughout. Back pack itself is good and ideal for what I wanted it for however the cross body bag is not for anyone with an ample chest it's more of a handbag for me unless I can lengthen the strap sadly. But again it's a reasonable size for what I wanted. Just not generous on the strap department.

Awesome product, well made and true to the description.
Customer service is second to none.

I recently got a backpack and cross body bag from Spiral and I’m really impressed with both. The quality of the bags is excellent — they feel durable and well made, and the designs look great too. Both bags also have several useful pockets inside, which makes it really easy to keep everything organised.

What stood out just as much as the products was the customer service. I had originally been gifted a cross body bag, but it turned out to be the wrong item as I had actually wanted the backpack. When I contacted Spiral, their team were incredibly helpful and understanding. They went above and beyond by allowing me to purchase the backpack at a reduced rate because of the mix-up.

Overall, I’m very happy with the bags and the experience. Great quality products backed up by outstanding customer service — I would definitely recommend Spiral.

Bought one of Spiral’s backpacks as a Christmas gift and have only used it twice. Unfortunately the left shoulder strap has already started failing, which is pretty disappointing for a product that should be built for everyday use.

When I contacted Spiral, they confirmed the bag was outside their 1-year warranty period.

While I understand warranty policies, a shoulder strap failing after the second use of the backpack points more to a durability or manufacturing issue than normal wear and tear.

To their credit, they did respond quickly and offered a 50% discount on buying a new bag. However, being asked to purchase another backpack after the first one failed almost immediately doesn’t feel like a fair resolution.

Good customer service should stand behind the product when there is a clear quality issue, regardless of a strict warranty date.

Unfortunately this experience has left me disappointed, as I expected better durability and support from the brand.

The brand did respond as My wife did purchase the bag in 2023, yet I did not receive the bag until Christmas 2025. ( Forgot where she had put it ) No matter when the item was purchased, the strap failed after 2 uses. It is like BRAND NEW - apart from obviously the failed shoulder strap. So my review is for the product and nothing else, images sent to the manufacturer show the bag is in new condition. Anyway hope this review is helpful to someone about to purchase, as I would not want to personally purchase a bag that fails so quickly and easily.

Not even received my order yet and already very impressed with these guys. I got my order wrong and forgot to order the free crossbody bag. But 1 message to them and they were on to it straight away. If only all other customer service experiences were so pleasant.

P.S. I will review the bags when they arrive.

I decided to take advantage of the Free crossbody bag when buying a backpack and I am so glad I did !!! They are great bags and just what I needed travelling around Thailand 🇹🇭 being waterproof I don’t have to worry when taking these to the pool or beach 🏝️

I made a mistake whilst placing an order , I sent an email to see if it could be corrected . Sorted within a short space of time , great result thank you .

It's so light compared to my old bag with the advantage of added waterproofing

Very happy with the transporter bag. Customer service is also great… I didn’t add the free messenger bag on my order, when I emailed I was responded to right away and sorted out with no problems. Would recommend.

Pleased with the quickness of my order, backpack looks amazing.but
I forgot to add the free promo bag at the end of my order, silly me.
Emailed spirals to tell them the situation, they replied straight away , to say yes we will sort this out straight away no problem.
Great service will definitely keep up to date with their website.

This is a great product. The deluxe backpack fits everything I need in it and looks beautiful. It is extremely well made and the fabric is durable, waterproof and stylish. For a backpack, it is somewhat of a surprise as my previous ones have only ever been used for travel or outdoor activities such as fell walking whereas this one I can use every day because it is so aesthetically pleasing and has become part of my accessory stash. It is practical and extremely good value. Spiral’s customer service is second to none which seems to be something of a novelty these days.
