I was always a bit sceptical of sellers that appear in my social media feeds, but on this occasion I think I have uncovered an absolute gem!!
Customer service has been excellent, and even when there was a delivery issue, their prompt action had my bag in my hands less than 24 hours later.
The backpack is ideal, looks great and was keenly priced too.
Really appreciated the proactive comms and a real customer focus in how they operate.

Wow Wow Wow what amazing customer service, I was blown off my feet. Great care was taken in understanding my situation without hesitation my items were dispatched along with an update on my future orders.
If you want to do one thing this Xmas purchase one of these bags supporting a company who remember what service is.
I will be back ordering one for all the kids birthday as they come up.

I contacted Customer Service because I am an idiot and had misread their information, and they could not have been more helpful. A delightful company to deal with! (And the bag is amazing, doesn't slip off my waterproof. )

I emailed this company to complain that they hadn't supplied a free bag with my purchase, as advertised.
They replied instantly, pointing out that there was a note on my invoice saying that the free bag was delayed. They offered to exchange it for me, if I wanted it to arrive sooner (which we did because we were going away for a big birthday!). The changes were complimentary, actioned the same day & the item is in the post! And accompanied by a very kind email gesture, wishing us a grest big birthday trip.
What a great company! I have just ordered a further item as a result!

I ordered a bag on the 11th October for my husbands Birthday and have still never received it even after multiple emails and DM’s. I’m so disappointed.

Chuffed with my bag - so well made and more storage than I expected. The discount on the bag and free cross body is brilliant. I made a mistake when ordering and not following up with the offer as needed - but I contacted them and received a very fast response and brilliant service with my crossbody added to the order and on its way when they are in stock next month! Highly recommend!

What an amazing company! Have had backpack for 2 weeks under a year, it’s used daily and noticed some of the seam was starting to come undone. Emailed customer services with pictures and had a response within hours. New replacement Backpack arrived today! What brilliant service! Other companies could learn a lot! Fantastic product and service!

I missed out on the offer of a free shoulder bag in my recent order, contacted SpiralUK who came straight back to me within minutes and resolved the problem. Very good customer service and I also like the products, what more do you need.

Evri lost the first package so I contacted Sprial to see what was happening. They immediately dispatched the order again, this time through Royal Mail and it arrived the next day. Great communication and product.

I bought the spiral back pack for my brothers birthday and the delivery driver left the package outside (and it was stolen) and spiral sent a new one immediately so it arrived in time for his bday. Honestly… I didn’t want to give it to him it is SO NICE. But luckily spiral had sent a messenger bag with my purchase so I have a mini version :)

I need to say that he has told me he has had multiple compliments with people asking where he got it from (gym, work and even on the commute) guys this is a 22 year old man who never talks to strangers 😂 and this backpack is getting him compliments left right and centre.
