Delivery was on time and Product as described

I found what Amazon could not deliver in Belgium
delivering was fast
product OK

Easy order. Clear information. Short delivery time. No fuss

Could be better if the price was lower. Plus, after one year the rubber band breaks!!

Very useful piece of kit. The basic counter and the lap timer both work well in the pool. I needed to replace my first basic counter as its waterproofing did not survive a battery change. Next time I’ll get it done professionally, as they admittedly advise.

Everything perfect...fast delivery. Good product.

It is a great bit of kit that delivers - easy fit, easy to use, nothing complicated. I use it for swimming and it has been fine. Holds its charge ok.
Only issue for me, and it is mine, are that I struggle to see the numbers clearly as out of the water I wear glasses.

Very good customer service, had a few problems with postage but it was quickly resolved. Excellent customer service and take back my previous bad review.

Everything went well. I ordered, they shiped even that I'm in a different country. But it still was nice and smoot, even fast. So thanks for everything.

Good product so far !
The finger stop watch works very good. Very simple to use. I mainly use it to time my sprint usrpt sessions on 25m all out and the times I get seem coherent.
I was afraid it would be weird to stop the stopwatch as soon as I touched the wall but you quickly get the motion.
So far so good, a bit expensive considering its low tech but since it works

Conveniente e arrivato nei tempi indicati. Ok!

Ho ricevuto il cronometro puntualmente.
È molto utile nei miei allenamenti di nuoto

You were efficiënt, nicely packed. A pity from the Brexit .. made it difficult to know when parcel would arrive. I’m dependent of another person. Tracking service would be helpful .. but maybe I’m spoiled. Thanks a lot .. happy with my sportcount chronometer!

Took some time that the package arrived, but I guess that is the UK-to-EU thing… Apart from that, everything was fine.

Great product, works very well, easy to use. Was easy to order on website and delivery was good.

I couldn’t wish for any more – everything went well:)

Perfectly adapted for swimmers from causal ro fairly intensive.
Easy to use.
It changed my routine... for the Best.

Strongly recommanded

I contacted Sportscount Europe to enquire about a swimming lap counter. Mark responded very quickly to answer all my questions. The customer service from Mark is professional and outstanding. I ordered two different lap counters as i was unsure due to it being a gift, they arrived within a few days as assured they would, unfortunately my partner felt they would be not suitable for him. Again I contacted Mark who explained the process of a full refund. This went smoothly, very happy with communication and professional service.
