Le scarpe vengo spazzolate dopo l'uso e riposte in scarpiera. Sono rimasta veramente delusa dal prodotto e non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Mi piacerebbe essere contattata dalla ditta .

Unfortunately, when you try to contact them, they don't respond, and the only method to get in touch is via an online form. Beyond the bad customer experience, their shoes are poor quality. Outdoor gear shouldn't fray or scuff at the rate La Sportiva's products do. Don't waste your money.

Da cliente del brand mi trovo a dover evidenziare la pessima qualità sia del prodotto acquistato, assolutamente non conforme a quanto descritto, sia oltretutto del customer service.
A distanza di tre mesi ho rispedito indietro delle scarpe, garantite in Goretex, ma che in realtà non lo sono e quindi ci entrano litri di acqua.
Adesso non ho nÚ le scarpe, nÚ i soldi.....pessima esperienza, non mi rivedranno mai.

Ich habe zwei Artikel im Wert von 224⬠fÌr meinen Partner gekauft. Sie passen leider gar nicht.
Die RÌcksendung ist unfassbar schwierig und kostspielig. Ich habe beim ersten mal versandt, der HÀndler hat es nicht angenommen. Also kam die Ware zurÌck. Ich musste erstmal ins Depot der GLS fahren. Die ersten 20 Euro futsch. Jetzt mit DHL wieder 20 Euro Versand nach Italien. Der HÀndler gibt mir das Geld bisher nicht zurÌck. PayPal ist nicht auch nicht hilfreich. KÀuferschutz? Hier wird der VerkÀufer geschÌtzt, obwohl ich meinen Pflichten nachgekommen bin und beim ersten mal schon alles richtig gemacht habe.
Die Kommunikation mit dem LaSportiva Support ist gleich null. Bestellen sie nichts ÃŒber die LaSportiva Seite, es sei denn sie sind sich zu hundert Prozent sicher, dass sie die Ware behalten. Sonst sitzen sie auf den Kosten, Ware und Versand.

Nie wieder! Ich habe vier paar Wanderschuhe bei LaSportiva bestellt, um diese Anzuprobieren und die nicht passenden Schuhe zurÃŒckzuschicken.
Bei der RÃŒcksendung wird kein Retourenlabel zugesandt. AuÃerdem mÃŒssen die Produkte nach Italien zurÃŒckgesendet werden. Dies verursachte Portokosten von ÃŒber 20â¬. Der DHL Standardversand deckt die Höhe der Versandten Produkte nicht ab.
In den RÌcksendebedingungen gibt LaSportiva zudem an, dass der Kunde das Risiko fÌr Verlorene RÌcksendungenn selbst trÀgt. Dies ist Rechtswidrig in Deutschland.
They won't give me my shoes back!
I sent for repair a pair of climbing shoes with a broken strap of normal use that were still under warranty, expecting I would get either a new pair of shoes or a refund. The company was always very slow to answer but eventually they said I would get neither of those. So, I asked for my shoes back. Simple, right? I have been waiting since November of last year for them and still nothing. Very bad customer experience.

Terrible quality, arrogant delusional customer service. When paying a premium price, you expect at least a half decent product.
Stitching went after very light wear and they tried to claim excessive rubbing and wear in that area. They must be viewing different pics to what I sent because that is clearly not the case.
They should get zero stars but that isn't possible.
Under no circumstances give this company a single cent of your money.

Both with La SportivaÂŽs customer service and La SportivaÂŽs product (gaiters).
I bought La Sportiva's gaiters and have mailed them many times, but they have not followed up on it.
Their customer service:
I ordered S / M, but the arrived product only said S. It seemed too small. Their website didn't say what shoe size it corresponded to, so impossible to know when you order the product from their website. They replied that they would get back to me, but nothing happened, then they replied that they had never heard from me (!) and that they would forward my request, which they didn't do either. I mailed them several times after that, but got no response from them at all. They forwarded me to a different company, who has nothing to do with them at all.
It was a simple question, yet no professional customer service action taken from them.

It is simply not up to acceptable standard. Already after one try, the cords fell off from one shoe, then off the other one too. Ridiculous.
The hooks at the front didn't hold either but both detached from the shoes.
The zip at the back went up (!), thus the gaiters fell down and the whole point in using them was gone.
The top of the heel didn't stay at the ankles either, but curled down, so again the point in using them (=protection) was gone, as dirt, gravel etc got in between and inside of the shoes and was bothering the feet. Usesless product.
I have tried them with La Sportiva's own shoes (Blizzard), and also similar, so they should indeed be compatible.
The gaiters were expensive, so they should hold a standard, which they don't.
Useless product, very bad customer service.

Tornato a Roma ho deciso che non era il caso di utilizzare le scarpe perché leggermente fuori misura rispetto al mio piede
Mi viene in mente di chiamare e chiedere il cambio taglia quando mi viene risposto che loro non gestiscono cambi taglia per spedizione e che sarei dovuto andare in negozio entro un mese se avessi voluto un cambio,di conseguenza essendo io di Roma e solo un viaggio andata e ritorno tra carburante ed autostrada mi sarebbe costato 200/230 euro,chiedo la cortesia di poter spedire a mio carico le scarpe da me acquistate e solo dopo visione e accertamento che non fossero state usate avrebbero potuto valutare e rispedire sempre a mio carico le scarpe del numero giusto
Ho parlato con più commessi,ho mandato più mail al negozio ed ho ricevuto sempre la stessa scortese risposta e al centro assistenza clienti non si sono neanche degnati di rispondere

Worst shoes ever for such high price!
I will start by wishing if I could it the lowest possible star if I could! one of the worst shoe experience I had, from customer service to the quality of shoes to the amount of money you spend on! I bought of shoe which photos are added also here in beginning of April 2025 , after getting tired of trying other shoes stores in Trento. They gave me this shoe of 215 Euros , that is not small amount for the shoe though, I risked to buy so I bought during buying couple of young guys who run the shop also assured me that it has 2 years warranty, if if things break in shoe I can return! taking on to their promised I bought it. With in just just month I started to feel that I am tricked to buy the most lowest quality for the highest price. The shoe was extremely hot inside, though it says its breathable but not at all. It is extremely hot that it your feet turn into the seekness. Secondly its sole started to getting off from the parts, thirdly you could feel the water coming in in rain , though promised as the water proof. Upon returning it to the stores, it went through the Italian bureaucracy and later upon asked telling me that they can't return! The young seller at the shop trying to give me thousand excuse but useless. I returned 2nd time they didn't accepted. the story is long but I will make a video also. I think they make this shoe in china for 10 euros and sell here for 215 euros. all tricked. I lost the money! will never suggest anyone to buy this low quality.

Ich hatte in kurzer Zeit drei Paar Bergschuhe verschiedener Modelle der La Sportiva Aequilibrium gtx gekauft â zwei bei Sport Conrad und eines bei Sport Förg.
Leider hatten alle drei Schuhe nach sehr kurzer Nutzung QualitÀtsprobleme:
â Bei einem Paar riss die Sohle,
â bei zwei Paaren hat sich das Innenfutter gelöst.
Alle drei Reklamationen wurden zwar problemlos abgewickelt, was ich sehr schÀtze, aber bei Schuhen in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich deutlich mehr Haltbarkeit und VerarbeitungsqualitÀt.
Daher kann ich La Sportiva in diesem Preisbereich derzeit nicht empfehlen, auch wenn der Service der HÀndler sehr freundlich und kulant war.
