Einkauf im Salewa Store Bozen mit sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Beratung. Umfassende Auswahl, alle gewünschten und auch notwendige Vergleichsgrößen waren vorrätig. Man bezahlt zwar meist die Preisempfehlung (also nicht gerade ein Schnäppchenparadies, einige, auch aktuelle Sonderangebote gab es), die Auswahl ist aber aktuell. Gerne also wieder.

I really like Salewa’s shoe design and quality - the Mountain Trainer Lite Mid Gore-Tex for women seemed great at first. Unfortunately, the experience with returns was very disappointing.

The shoes didn’t fit, and while Salewa states there is a 30-day return policy, the process itself is unclear and inconvenient. No clear return instructions were provided, and when I checked available drop-off points, the nearest one was around 300 km away from my city.

As a result, I had to arrange shipping myself and pay an additional €15 just to return the item.

For a brand at this level, I would expect a much smoother and more customer-friendly return process. This felt unfair and unnecessarily complicated. I won’t be ordering directly from Salewa again.

Kaufe normalerweise Salewa Kleidung im Geschäft und war immer sehr zufrieden .
Da ich ein Angebot per mail erhalten habe mit reduzierter Ware, hatte ich eine Hose bestellt mit leuchtenden Reißverschlüssen, so wie meine bisherigen Hosen. Geliefert wurde mir eine fast ähnliche Hose ohne leuchtende Reißverschlüsse wie auf dem Bild beim Angebot und dünnerem Stoff.
Ich nehme an, es wird für die Angebote extra billiger produziert.
Das ist natürlich schade, weil man sich so dem eigenen Ruf nur schädigt.
Werde nie wieder online bestellen, sondern nur noch im Geschäft kaufen.
Schade.

Vor ca. 3 Jahren habe ich im Fachhandel einen Wanderschuh von Salewa, den MTN TRAINER 2 MID GTX M, für später, sozusagen auf Vorrat gekauft. Im Januar diesen Jahres habe ich den Schuh erstmalig bei einer Wanderung getragen. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit bekam ich starke Schmerzen an den Außenknöcheln des Sprunggelenks, insbesondere re., die mich über mehrere Tage beeinträchtigt haben. Grund dafür war so etwas wie ein Draht oder ein hartes Plastikteil in Höhe des Außenknöchels bei sehr geringer Innenpolsterung. Es war unmöglich, diese Schuhe weiterhin zu tragen. Dieser Schuh sollte mich in diesem Jahr auf den Schrankogel begleiten.
Seit vielen Jahren trage ich zum Bergwandern, Klettern und für die Runden mit unserem Hund Wanderschuhe von Salewa. Mit den Schuhen von Salewa habe ich immer sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Jedoch zuletzt garnicht!
Da die Gewährleistung abgelaufen war, habe ich mich mit dem digitalen Kontaktformular direkt an Salewa gewendet. Bereits am folgenden Tag habe ich ein Schreiben von Salewa erhalten. Salewa bedauert es, dass ich mit einem Produkt aus dem Hause Salewa dieses Problem habe, möchte gerne eine gemeinsame Lösung anstreben, hatte einige Fragen an mich gerichtet und bat mich, zur Verdeutlichung des Problems Bilder zukommen zu lassen. Am selben Tag kam ich dieser Bitte nach. Wiederum am selben Tag erhielt ich ein Schreiben von Salewa, welches eine faire Lösungsoption als Angebot für mich beinhaltet hat. Dieses habe ich gerne und selbstverständlich mit Dank angenommen.

Salewa has a really nice, professional and helpful customer service. I am super excited about the good service of Maria and with the very quick solution to solve my problem. Also the perfect advice for choosing a new pair of shoes is amazing. I got my new hiking shoes and looking forward to do many wonderful hikes with them. I would recommend every hiker the brand Salewa.

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und problemlos mit DHL, das hat gut funktioniert.
Leider entsprechen die Handschuhe nicht meinen Erwartungen an Qualität und Materialstärke. Sie wirken auf mich sehr dünn und insgesamt weniger hochwertig, als es die Produktfotos vermuten lassen. Für eine Marke wie Salewa hatte ich persönlich mehr erwartet.

Die Rücksendung empfand ich als unnötig kompliziert, da diese über UPS erfolgen musste. Bei zwei UPS Access Points konnte mir nicht geholfen werden. Letztlich nahm ein UPS-Fahrer,der mir zufällig über dem Weg lief, das Paket aus Kulanz mit, was ich als sehr freundlich empfand – dennoch sollte eine Retoure nicht vom Zufall abhängen.

Unverständlich ist für mich, warum die Lieferung mit DHL, die problemlos funktionierte, die Rücksendung aber nur über UPS möglich war. Aus meiner Sicht wäre eine einheitliche Lösung sinnvoll, da DHL für mich persönlich der zuverlässigere und angenehmere Service ist.

Insgesamt eine persönlich enttäuschende Erfahrung, trotz schneller Lieferung.

They have been sold to a giant German corporation that is shipped production to vietnam. They no longer make half sizes. Only even sizes but they put a half size label on the same shoe.
Quality is plummeted. Horribly disappointed. I'm in a little customer for 15 years. Not anymore

Breve cronistoria di una delusione all'outlet ufficiale di Salewa Sona:
- mia moglie ha comprato un maglione in ottobre a 95 euro per un regalo ad un amico
- soddisfatta della scelta ha deciso di comprare lo stesso modello per me in saldo
- il 7/1/26 ha trovato lo stesso modello a 130 euro di listino, scontato a 90. LO VOGLIAMO CHIAMARE SALDO O TROVIAMO QUALCHE ALTRA FORMULA???

Wildfire NXT GTX Shoes: Absolutely dreadful grip in the muddy conditions, which is the opposite to the product description. The liner at the back of the shoe has already worn through in under 6 months / 120 miles. The laces don't even tighten up because of the inflexible plastic upper eyelet, and the laces frequently come undone on their own despite double knots. Total waste of money and the product is misrepresented.

Salewa alpine trainer II GTX. What a mistake. In fact £160 mistake. Bought these on the strength of the sales person, another mistake that I won’t repeat. Within six months of occasional use on terrain the shoe is purportedly designed for the heel had delaminated, left and worn down to the inner right. Supporting the vibram sole motive I seriously doubt the authenticity of this. Purchased from a reputable high street company that I won’t name as they are merely the stockist. However as a word of advice I would seriously consider purchasing a more reputable brand. Definitely NOT recommended.

j'ai acheté 3 vestes polaires Salewa et les fermetures éclairs ne résistent pas à l'usage. Les maillons se cassent rapidement . Le prix du changement de la fermeture éclair est supérieur au prix de la veste. Ce n'est pas de la qualité durable...

Eyelets ripped out on both shoes. Terrible quality for $160 shoes. Would not recommend

Wanderschuhe von Salewa, 3x Wanderungen, Ösen reißen aus. Hatte ich von Meindl nie. Was soll das für eine Qualität sein? Kundenservice Salewa - null. Es gibt faktisch keinen, man verweist an Kunden aus der Community. Was soll der Mist. Was sollen Dir andere Kunden sagen, das Dein Schuh kaputt ist.
ERGO: Nie wieder diesen Salewa Müll.

Schuh kaputt gegangen.
Anfrage was zu Reparatur empfohlen wird nicht beantwortet. Nur Anfrage nach Kassenzettel , dann können man mir weiterhelfen.
Salewa war vielleicht mal gut, aber allein man mal den zeitlichen Verlauf der Bewertungen sieht, scheint inzwischen einiges im Argen zu sein.
Schade, nie wieder Salewa

Bin frustriert. Hosen zweimal getragen und schon ist ein Reissverschluss ausgerissen. Beim Reklamieren im Salewashop wird man nur abgewimmelt mit Verweis auf fehlenden Kassabon (Garantieschein) Mit ein bisschen gutem Willen kann man das Produktionsdatum sicher auch anhand Etikette ausfindig machen.

I purchased a Sierra Leone II Pro tent made be Salewa. The tent poles keep snapping on putting the tent up. They are an extremely tight fit. I have spent £59+ pounds repairing one. I have contacted Salewa but they won’t help. I have read on UK Climbing that other people have had the same problem with the tent poles so it would seem to be a known problem and down to construction. How can Salewa justify charging so much money for a product that doesn’t work and then refuse to help their customers. My advice is avoid Salewa like the plague.

After complaining to Salewa and on UKClimbing. I was contacted again by Salewa and offered both a replacement pole which has been delivered to an EU address and a repaired pole which was dealt with in the UK. The service I have received since complaining has been exemplary. It was only a pity that I had to complain in the first place.

La mia esperienza con le scarpe Salewa Puez MID PTX M codice prodotto 61438 acquistate all'outlet Franciacorta è stata pessima. Si sono rotte dopo appena due ore di camminata, e la cosa peggiore è che ho scoperto che erano un modello oggetto di richiamo ufficiale per sostituzione. L'outlet, però, si è rifiutato di fornirmi una soluzione, proponendomi solo un altro paio dello stesso lotto, già noto per essere difettoso.

I bought a pair of the mountain trainers 2 and after about 4 months of light use I had the suede rip where it attached to the toe box which quickly turned into a hole , when I checked the other boot it was going the same way , build quality isn't what it used to be sadly.
Used to be brand loyal to Salewa , not any more .
