Spreetail charged a restocking fee of half of the selling price, saying the product I returned was not useable. I had never taken it out of the box. So it must have arrived damaged. Customer service was of no help. Do not use Spreetail. Amazon should drop this service.

Auf Versand kann man ewig warten. Es wird immer wieder gelogen und behauptet, man würde einen erneuten Versand veranlassen, obwohl die erste Sendung offensichtlich für jeden Menschen mit etwas Verstand nie verschickt wurde. Man wird vom Kundendienst somit nur belogen. Am besten direkt wo anders kaufen.

I wish I'd read other reviews before buying from them via Amazon.I bought a water butt which was faulty and not fit for purpose.The tap connection had a constant leak.Back and forth emails produced no help whatsoever and did not seem to be written by human hand.I supplied proof of purcase to no avail.Amazon could not helpwith this third party seller.Use them at your peril !

Purchased an item through Amazon UK. Did not appreciate this was the source. A 2 day delivery (the reason for purchase) has turned into might turn up in a week. Another one I will assiduously avoid in future.

Total scam. They sent me a table that was already damaged and when I shipped it back - despite my having texted back and forth with them about the condition upon arrival - they tried to charge me a 50% “restocking fee” because of the condition of the item. Fortunately, Amazon refunded me the full amount. Stay away from this seller.

I order an item that claimed to have 1-2 day delivery - this was September 7th. The item didnt even 'arrive' at the courier until Sep 11th. The same day that the package was 'MIS-SORTED' and i stopped receiving any updates. I reached out multiple tomes over the course of a whole week to constantly be told you have to wait 48hrs but they kept resetting that 48hr window every time i contacted them. It is September 20th now and the company still never offered or gave me a resolution, replacement or refund. I had to fight amazon to force a cancellation and refund do to the seller not assist me or being cooperative. They have a documented history of never sending packages, losing them or sending broken products from several reviews across several platforms and marketplaces. They cost me over 2 weeks of the gardening season just trying to get my money back at this point. They have horribly delivery service, don't take their customers or orders seriously and refuse to give refunds. They are very shady and disrespectful to the customers and I truly wish to never deal with this company again.

I accidentally ordered two of the same product. I did not even open the extra package and returned it exactly as I received it. They are now claiming that I used the product and that they cannot resell it.

If they received a used product back from me, it is NOT because I used it. The only explanation would be that they sent me a used product in the first place, because I never even opened their box.

I now want to return the other package I ordered, although I did open that one.

Based on this experience, I do not trust this company. Their claim about the unopened return is simply not true. I do not recommend dealing with them. Save yourself the headache.

I placed two orders on Amazon that, apparently, were fulfilled by Spreetail. They shipped the wrong item on BOTH orders. I was unable to contact them without spending an inordinate amount of time in crappy AI chat so I contacted Amazon and demanded a full refund for both orders. I will NEVER order something KNOWINGLY from Spreetail EVER again.

I ordered an item on Amazon that was sold by this company. Item came damaged so we issued a refund request and shipped it back in the exact same box exactly how it came a day after receiving it. They claimed the item was returned used or damage and took a 50% restocking fee and wouldnt budge. They are scammers at best.

I returned a Rooftop Cargo Box because it was too big for my car. Spreetail received it on August 20th and as of Sept. 8th, they have still not sent me my refund.

I ordered two outdoor trash cans from Spreetail through Amazon. They arrived in two separate boxes. I opened one and after assembling it, determined it was too small. I dis-assembled it, repackaged it in its original packing container and returned both. Spreetail claimed that the opened trash can was damaged and couldn't be resold and charged me a "restocking fee" equaling 100% of the item's purchase price. First, not sure why they're restocking something that can't be resold? Also, according to Amazon's policies, they aren't entitled to a "restocking fee" but a "damaged" fee of "up to 50% of the item price." Clearly, Spreetail is trying to rip me off and intend to resell the returned product!

The company was shipping an order I placed with Amazon for a particular type of automotive EV charger. It sent the wrong model, which meant that I had to go thru the process of returning. it, not to Amazon but to Spreetail. Worse, the shipping container was damaged and showed signs of prior use. So, I did not get the pristine new product that I thought I was ordering from Amazon. IMHO, Amazon should re-think using this company for order fulfillment.

Product was damaged and they charged me a restocking fee of half the cost of the product. I would not buy from this company again. Very poor business.

Spreetail.LLC business model is based on fraud and unethical practices. My experience involves their "restock " scam to keep my money.

Please avoid buying products through them on the big online retailers. You will not get your money back.

Dieses Unternehmen ist absolut nicht kundenorientiert.
Ich habe vor 2 Jahren eine Poolhaube gekauft und diese ist mittlerweile ein Totalschaden!
Die Weichmacher im Kunsstoff sind entwichen.

This company is very devious. We ordered a pool from them. When it was running several days late, we called them, as the tracking number said it had been in our (small) town for 2 or 3 days. The manager we spoke to said it couldn’t possibly be in our town, and they had no pool where he was, so he would check another warehouse and get back to us. Essentially they lost our pool. He said he would call us back that day … he did not. Instead, the next day we arrived home to find it dumped, partially blocking our shared driveway, and the boxes were in such bad shape, we thought for sure the pool would be ruined or missing pieces. Fortunately the pool was ok, and all there. The devious part came in because they never marked our pool as delivered, which is very likely something they do when they don’t want the customer to review the item … because you can’t review them until the item is marked as delivered. Given the fact that they have thousands of reviews on the site I bought through, totaling 4.6 stars, I say they do this often. So I will be calling the large company I ordered through, and insisting it is marked as delivered, or refunded!

Company is dishonest. We returned an unopened pool pump along with an unopened pool. They tried to say both were used and would only refund 1/2 my money. Amazon made it right thankfully spreetail is a scam

Ich habe ein Exit Produkt von SpreetailDE via Amazon bestellt. Den Artikel habe ich m.E. nach zu Recht reklamiert, da ein Material bzw Verarbeitungsfehler vorliegt.
1. Antwort zu meiner Reklamation komplett am Thema vorbei.

Man macht sich keine Mühe um dem Kunden zu helfen, Hauptsache ablehnen und erledigt.

Wow. I see I am not the only one who got scammed on regarding the returns/refunds. I double boxed my return because the box we got was damaged and we could not send it back in that box. I even cleaned a couple scuffs off because my wife was excited about the chair. Then to find out it was not the correct chair. I double boxed the chair so it would not get damaged like when we got it and then they said it got back to them damaged. I asked for pictures and they won't show me any. I guess it's not damaged or they would be happy to send pictures. At least I did when I owned a company. Oh well, guess what Spreetail, you got us on your false refund policy like you did to others. A real company does the right thing.

Bought a pool off Amazon from them that was missing poles. I tried to contact Intex to get replacement poles, but it was hard to orchestrate because they’re based out of Hong Kong and I had a difficult time understanding them. So I decided to buy the same pool again and return the one with missing parts. They hit me with a 50% restock fee because the box was returned with missing parts. THAT WAS THE POINT OF RETURNING IT! So Intex makes the mistake and I pay for it. Cute.
