I have ordered twice from this store, I love the fact that they also ship frozen products. Everything arrived nicely packaged and all the frozen products were still frozen when I received them. All items that I have ordered have been shipped.

My wife placed order no. S02924 with your company, which we received just a few minutes ago. Unfortunately, the delivery arrived in a very poor condition:

The frozen goods were completely thawed.

The packaging cartons were soaked due to the thawed goods

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot use the goods. I therefore kindly request a full refund of the purchase price. If you would like us to return the damaged items, please let us know and provide a return label or further instructions.
