I ordered a tuner for my motorhome that was advertised as including three tunes. when it arrived, on time, it had no preloaded tunes at all, in fact it had zero tunes. I was finally helped by five star, the company making these tuners, to obtain one tune. it worked fine, loaded cleanly, but does not have any other tunes. I contacted 3star but get only a runaround. they sold me an item which i did not receive and brining this up in their chatbot just got me ghosted, many times over. Buying from this place is a mistake. they will not stand behind their advertising. 500 bucks for a tuner with no tunes. then ghosting me. buy from these guys at your own risk.

Ordered the Titan fuel tank for a 2006 F350 over a month ago, $1,400 they will not refund keep dragging it out saying it's the manufacture not shipping it, their site says it ships in 1 to 5 days, at this point I don't even want the tank anymore, the company is disgusting, I work hard for my money to be out $1,400 for this long, 6 weeks later they still have not shipped it, just keeps apologizing and will not refund the money.

I ordered four new wheels from Stage3. One was misplaced and delayed several days. Another wheel was damaged. I provided proof of the damage to Stage3 and proposed a solution resolve this issue. My project has continued to be delayed without a reasonable resolution. Stage3 has my money but I have damaged wheels. Given that they can't seem to find a reasonable solutions in a timely manner, I will not be making anymore purchases from Stage3.

Believing that I could rely on Stage 3 Motorsports' [S3M] reputation I ordered the Power Stop Z23 full Rotor Kit - K6268 in mid-February, 2025. I received only the front rotors and pads and the rear rotors and pads were missing.
When I contacted S3M they proceeded to tell me they don't have the rear rotors in stock. I inquired as to when they would have the Power Stop rear Rotors and when I could expect delivery, all I was told is they didn't know!!! S3M said they contacted Power Stop but didn't have an answer. Three weeks later there are still no rear rotors and S3M says they have no idea when [weeks or months] the rotors will be available.
The Power Stop Z23 Brake Rotor Kit including pads is $620.32 from S3M. I checked with Amazon and the same Power Stop Brake Rotor Kit - K6268 with Ceramic Pads and hardware cost $543.78 and can be delivered free in 2 days!
Mentioning this to S3M seemed to be of no concern. Needless to say, I have canceled my purchase with S3M and purchased the same Power Stop Brake Rotor Kit K6268 for $70.00 less in its entirety from Amazon, which by the way is being sent from Power Stop and I received the entire Z23 Rotor /Pad Kit in one day.
Stage 3 Motorsports' lack of concern and unwillingness to resolve the situation of missing / undelivered items purchased from them is just bad business. I suggested they might want to notify potential customers on their website when items were not currently in stock, or the possibility of items purchased will be delayed in delivery. This suggestion seemed to go disregarded by the S3M customer service rep.
In end, Stage 3 Motorsports was quick to accept payment for the items I purchased, however they weren't very concerned about following through with delivering the items afterward.
To date [Almost 30 days after purchase] although I have already returned the partial rotor kit S3M sent me and cancelled my order, I’m still waiting to be reimbursed or credited the $630.00 to my bank account paid to S3M!
Never Again!

Ordered two brake rotors, simple enough right? Received one within two weeks. The other I received 7 months after? And over 100 emails with customer support it’s not worth the hassle spend the money somewhere else. The whole company is a scam, terrible and will not even try to help you. I had to call customer support of the company they were drop shipping from in order to even get an ETA.

I purchased a resonator delete. It was a full 4" too short!!! Find a different supplier!!!

Serviço muito bom, liguei para a loja num dia difícil da semana atenderam com apreço. Expliquei que tinha feito o pagamento mas não tinha colocado o número de encomenda, rapidamente resolveram a situação, de seguida disseram que não tinham stock do produto que havia escolhido e que demoraria mais alguns dias a chegar. Demorou apenas mais 2/3dias do que estava à espera. Produto de alta qualidade estou extremamente satisfeito. Continuem com o excelente trabalho.

This place is trash, customer service is just as good. Will never buy from again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from either. Stay away!

We ordered tires on 10.7.22 and cancelled the order on 10.9.22. The company took the funds from our account before they shipped the tires. We have not been refunded. We have been told we would receive a full refund in 3-5 business days 3 times. This business is owned by a foreign company and protected by LLCs.

Excellent customer service. Mistakingly ordered parts that were backordered beyond my required timeframe, and even though part of the order shipped before I noticed my mistake, they sent a return label immediately.

É a segunda vez que compro á Stage3 em Portugal, serviço FANTASTICO, melhor é impossivel. Parabens Stage3 motorsports, continue assim, ter este serviço Top, associado a um site de pesquisa simples, com toda a informação, é o caminho certo. Parabens.
