First time using stage stubs and it was so easy . Easy to navigate and set up , support when needed , queries were answered promptly , overall an excellent experience and will definitely use again

Excellent customer service!
We had a technical glitch on the release date of our tickets, but Stage Stubs dealt with it quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend enough, their customer service is impeccable and the platform is hassle free for both sellers and buyers. Stage stubs is a game changer for all event organisers, must use!

Great, but one thing could be better
Hadn't realised i had an account, reset password through my phone and it came up with a code. Didn't say if it had reset. So tried with new password. It worked. Would have got 5 stars if it had informed that the password was reset.

Booking process was super easy
Booking process was super easy. Well ...would’ve been if I hadn’t made a mistake and entered the wrong email address and therefore didn’t get my tickets. Oops. So I contacted their customer service to help correct my mistake. Which they did and super speedy and super friendly.

Simple site, easy to use.
Highly recommend purchasing tickets through this site. The process was so straightforward and if you do mis-place the original email (which I did!) you can easily log in again and re-download your tickets :-)
