Good product, good service, good Company
I wanted an organiser for my screws etc and the one I found at Stains & Brights was perfect for the job (and cheaper than the B&M equivalent!). The item was well packaged and came exactly as promised. Really good experience, would recommend.

How dare one of your female staff be rude to my husband, whilst asking for a part similar to hose lock she replied if you use an independent shop you may get something not made in China, we have used your shop for 35 years, you was rude and have no place behind a counter, shame on you. We won't use you again and as a business ourselves have brought thousands of pounds worth of goods from you. You need to be given the boot lady..
