Incredibly stressful process making the order as they don’t have access to the font that’s used to illustrate the product and then the stamp arrived and the first name and surname were the wrong way round.

A very poor quality product and not fit for purpose. I thought I had ordered a custom rubber stamp. I was sent a stamp with rubber lettering stuck onto self adhesive foam and paper backing. The rubber lettering is hanging off and with the paper backing you could not clean the stamp to change colour, even if the lettering was properly attached.
I have given one star as the item was posted quickly.

Just the best customer service I have received from any business. Alana was so helpful with the design. I made a date error on the stamp (entirely my fault) and they sent a replacement out at no charge the next day.

Got 2 self-inking stamps made. Great quality and arrived absurdly fast, especially for made-to-order items. Alana was communicative the whole way through the process and is super kind and generous with her help. Would 10/10 recommend

Amazing service and super speedy!

I made an order but wanted some proofs to be made and checked beforehand. The staff were exceptionally helpful and super speedy with their replies and mock-ups! I made contact with them at 2:35 to begin the design consultation and received my order under 48hrs later - couldn't believe it! They've arrived and look great although I haven't used them yet.

Alana is honest, dedicated, and hardworking. She always prioritizes customer needs and delivers on her promises. She is an asset to the company.

They had exactly what I needed, the product was great and the service was speedy.

Always very pleased with Stampit. The service has always been efficient and speedy. I have recommended them to my customers for their personalised stamps for my wares. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The first stamp I had back I was disappointed as it was pretty impossible to read the small words. My fault in not giving them a design that would work, but my comment to them was 'why didn't you look at the design and advise me - you are the professionals'. In fairness I have since had impeccable customer service as a followup to my first review. We have now reworked the design and Stampit have remade my stamp FOC. It has arrived this morning and it is great.
Thank you Stampit - you have restored my faith in your organisation and product.

The customer service before the purchase was wonderful. The stamps and ink arrived, and they are beautiful! I can't wait to start using them in my marketing. Highly recommend!!

Really frustrated and disappointed. Spent £400 on (just a few!) stamps for my new micro-business. Every time I use them I just despair. It doesn't matter what type of paper or card I apply them to or how much ink or pressure I do or don't use the result is always the same. - significant patches of the design not picking up ink at all giving a partial image and then the recessed part of the stamp that should be the blank background around the design picking up great splodges of ink and leaving blurred background ink where there should be none. Not what I expected for the price. Avoid!

Ordered a hanko stamp of my own design together with stamp pad. Order arrived promptly (within 24 hrs) and with stamp cut perfectly to my design. Fast service, excellent quality at reasonable prices.

Avoid!! Very poor communication, I had to call 5 times about my order. Each time they said “It’s nearly ready.” The person on the phone said that my order was something it was not. I corrected them, they clearly weren’t bothered because when I got my order, it was the insert only, not the embosser I ordered. Then I had to chase them for the actual embosser and they couldn’t give me a tracking number. The embosser finally arrived and it doesn’t work properly, it only gives a partial impression. They also apparently made no notes about my phone calls, as the last person I spoke to was surprised I had called before.
