Avoid!! Very poor communication, I had to call 5 times about my order. Each time they said “It’s nearly ready.” The person on the phone said that my order was something it was not. I corrected them, they clearly weren’t bothered because when I got my order, it was the insert only, not the embosser I ordered. Then I had to chase them for the actual embosser and they couldn’t give me a tracking number. The embosser finally arrived and it doesn’t work properly, it only gives a partial impression. They also apparently made no notes about my phone calls, as the last person I spoke to was surprised I had called before.

Poor communication, don't bother
Ordered a stamp nearly a month ago and have had a confirmation email but no dispatch. Your turn around times state within a week which is obviously well overdue. I contacted them on their messaging form and again told 48 hrs I think it was and it's been several days without a reply. Definitely avoid!

So, so good! My design was quite intricate and I can’t believe how accurately it was represented by the stamp! Exactly what I wanted. Really quick turnaround even allowing for Bank Holiday. Very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Shocking! Avoid at all costs!
Sent me the completely wrong order - clearly no one bothered to check the requirements of the order I placed. Told me they would rectify the situation and send out a replacement by the end of the week only to find out they never bothered sending it. Shocking customer service and would avoid at all costs’

Shocking service - avoid
Placed an order - and only part of it was delivered. Chased up & and two days later the balance of the order arrived. Sadly it did not do what it was supposed to do. Despite many calls and many assurances that it would be sorted, it hasn't. Here I am some 3 weeks further on and still the matter has not been resolved. To make matters worse I have called them 5 times this morning and there is no answer.
Some of the team are great & very helpful (Alana) - it is just such a shame that operationally the company is so poor

Poor quality product - excellent customer service.
We ordered a small stamp from this company, which did not meet our expectations, however having spoken with, and sent a photo of the stamp to a member of the customer support team we have had confirmation that the stamp was not to the company's standard.
We have since been given a full refund for this product. If Abbie sees this, yes a replacement stamp would be amazing

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order nearly a month ago, they've been having technical issues which can be forgiven as it's not anyone's fault. However, a few days delay, ok I'll accept it. I've been extremely patient, but it's now coming up to a month (after saying 2-6 working days) and I've still not received my order. I have chased and chased and there is still no update, I keep getting "we are talking to our production team and will put it as a priority". This was 2 weeks ago. What priority? I wouldn't have even known my order was getting delayed, why? because they failed to let me know until I chased up the order myself. still have not received it, not very happy at all. Avoid this company.
EMBOSSING STAMP
EMBOSSING STAMP. I chose this company because they promised and advertised pre-Christmas delivery. It arrived a month late. I was sent confirmation it had been dispatched (this was apparently sent in error). I was only advised it would be late when I chased the order myself. No effort was made to contact me to allow me to cancel.
The above would be forgiven if the quality was good. If you press the clamps together lightly it leaves half an impression and if you apply any more pressure it rips the paper. It doesn't matter how careful you are. The stamp pads are plastic and sharp. So disappointed, especially as it was meant to be a special gift. Would not recommend at all.
Awful avoid at all costs
They have problem with their systems, which is not normally a problem per se, stuff happens.
But on this occasion we ordered a stamp on the 6th Feb and as of today the 16th it's still not here.
It's for a prototype we are making for a big customer.
They have automated their complaints procedures with the usual tripe, "My customer service team has contacted you to remedy this situation.
I'm sorry again as this doesn't align with our high standards"
They don't answer the phones, your can't speak with a human. A supplier who does not feel your pain, is not worth using in my book. Awful, avoid at all cost. I have never bothered to write a review before, that tells you how bad they are.
A little update, they said they will get it to us tomorrow. Let see what happens.
Very poor workmanship
Sent an embosser that doesn't work, and are expected to pay to return it! We are a charity!! Absolutely appalling, after waiting weeks for it to actually turn up in the first place.

I haven't received my order.
Although I received confirmation of my order being shipped, Royal Mail is still waiting for the item from Stampit. I don't think they posted or even made the product. Terrible experience!
I emailed days ago, and they only sent an automatic reply saying, "system is currently down" Now they don't answer phone calls.
Poor customer service.
I'm waiting for an answer to my cancellation email from a real human being.

Order been placed on 28 Dec. , delivered on 23 of Jan. From Customer service get only lies !!!.
