It was already in Croydon, just a couple of minutes from my place and until now it has not been delivered. Very disappointing service, do not use Spring GDS or TradeINN (or their subsidiaries) unless you want your money and time go to waste.

I genuinely donât understand how this company is still in business. The process is absurd, and their customer service is about as helpful as a fire extinguisher filled with petrol.
My parcel was collected three weeks ago. Since then, all this company has managed to do is send it from London to the Netherlands âto be sortedâ, then by road to Ireland â the actual destination â before failing to even complete the final step of handing it over to the local postal service. Instead, theyâve apparently decided to lose it somewhere within their own network.
So aside from needlessly inflating their global carbon footprint, using this company achieved absolutely nothing. No delivery, no accountability, and no meaningful communication.
If you enjoy watching your parcel disappear on an unnecessary European tour with no clear outcome, this is the company for you. Otherwise, avoid them entirely and use a reputable, trustworthy courier.
The worst customer service experience I've ever had all chatbots
I don't know what is going on. I have paid for 48 hours delivery through dressinn.com (tradeinn group) I have spoken to their customer service and they said my parcel is in the UK. ON874188747GB this is the tracking number they have provided Royal Mail website has said they have not received the parcel when I have looked through springs global solutions tracking it has stated that my parcel still has not landed in the UK and it is still in the Netherlands branch. I am getting nowhere with customer service I have no Confidence in this problem getting resolved on my Parcel being delivered in time
POOR SERVICE! or NO SERVICE!
Parcel posted (a return) in the UK to Spain on the 14th Nov 25 and has transit around Europe - NL -Spain and now sat in a random place since 23rd Nov. saying on transit to final hub.
Tracking only able in UK from Royal Mail and no help at all from Spring GDS no reply The purchase Company say it can take a little time from UK !!!

Sellers using them to deliver their good cannot be basing it on their performance and this clearly couldn't care less either.

Incompetent service.
Two packages were sent from abroad to London.
One had the wrong postcode on it, so was sent to Birmingham and stayed in Royal Mails vortex for a week (not their fault)
The other was printed on a label that had the first character of every line cut off, so the parcel was delivered to a house 40 doors away, canât get hold of the occupiers now.

My parcel was sent to the wrong COUNTRY! I noticed it in time by checking tracking number and tried to contact them (contact form, email, Facebook, phone), but there was no way to reach anybody. Just kept getting generic email replies.

I placed an order for some organic food product on 2 weeks ago and, not only I have not received the parcel, but when I track down the delivery, it looks like it has been sitting in a warehouse for almost 7 days. And, to make it weirder, I received a refund for this parcel yesterday, without having asked for it, and with no note or email describing any issues and apologising for it. Not impressed with Spring.
